Discord Extras {September 2023} (Patreon)

I say I was uninspired but yet I was able to still create some art and finish some projects which I shall be sharing shortly, Looking back at the projects, man wasn't it random? lol

September was a bit... Interesting. It started with the breaking of our Oven and me just feeling pretty uninspired to start working on any large or grandiose projects like previous months. It was very likely cabin fever rearing its ugly head again, so I decided that it was time for a little vacation for my body and mind, so ended up taking a 3 day vacation to Ocean Shores at the end of the month with the family. 

Ocean shores was kind of lame and the rental was kind of bad too (But cheap) but overall it was a good break from the day to day repetitiveness that I was going through! I had never been to Ocean Shores before and will probably never go there again, as some would say "Too rich for my blood" and not as many sights and such to visit. I'll stick to Westport and Grayland for any future Ocean Trips thank you. ^_^

Eventually we get the oven fixed and things got back to normal around here too, I am still a little bit uninspired but we shall see what the month ahead holds! ^_^

A lot of my Projects this month where Artistic Renders quick one offs and experiments, these two where the first. 

I've been trying to do experiments with light as often as I can, so whenever I do an artistic render I try to think of something different or new to do, there was not much post work done on this one either just the addition of the fish swimming in the background. These pieces came out AMAZING, Shark Gal is so beautiful in the deep dark of the Ocean. ^o^

I decided to Dig out Collie Gal from the archives and give her a makeover/update before I left on my Vacation. She now has new morphs, textures, and fur, got her ready for vacation as well I suppose. :P

As a small side project I also created a pair of dog friendly sunglasses for her. ^o^

This bus was WAY harder than I thought it would be to create, which seems to happen a lot with things that look easy lol. The project has also been sitting around for years now and perhaps it sat around because subconsciously I knew it was going to be a hard one.

The hardest part was trying to rig the side door to open and close which in the end could not be done with the capabilities of DAZStudio so it was a few days wasted, but did learn a thing or two in the process though so it was not a total loss.

The model also has a completely detailed interior for future interior shots. I will likely create some more artistic renders showcasing it and include them in next months update, I just put aside too much time for the project already and wanted to do something else. I started this at the start of the month when I was feeling in the dumps too so that probably didn't help matters. >.<

Regardless though, I am so happy to finally have it completed so I can add yet another piece to my Morphological Institute puzzle this Bus being the main transport vehicle for both Patients and faculty to and from the campus grounds. ^_^

Another character I decided to take out and give a makeover was Wasp Gal. Not much was done with her as was with Collie Gal, just gave her the "Feral Treatment" With a more wasp accurate head structure, I think she may even look better this way, though it does make it a bit more difficult to show emotion through her.

Wasp Gal is one of my favorite characters, her unique anatomy allows for a lot of special and interesting circumstances while trying to tell a story and fit her into human situations. ^_^

Which was explored in the later images where I decided to place her into a contemporary setting for the first time, making her a Gamer/Streamer! I'm sure her quick insect-like reflexes would make her quite the formidable opponent! ^o^

This is sort of a teaser image of my current project which I started when I got home from vacation, Before I left we had a discussion in discord about Cyborgs and other similar matters and I couldn't get the idea of a Cyborg Wolf Gal out of my mind. lol

This is another of those projects that sat around for a long time because it was outside of my capabilities at the time and I just had to shelf it, but now with more experience I have finally been able to actually realize it using the assets I had bought for the project years ago. 

Expect more of her in the next update! ^o^
