Happy Saturday everyone, I hope your weekend is going well so far. Here’s the art of our recent clown girl! Recording this audio was definitely different than what I’m used to lol. I forgot my old room was so close to the road so I’m going to need to find the best time to record around here xD Despite that though, it’s much quieter than my old place so I’m happy about that.

I plan on making a ramble about my road trip soon. I’m still trying to unpack some things and get used to this place again. It’s really weird living back in your hometown after so long. I finished up a YouTube audio last night but wouldn’t you know they limited it haha! I’m going to have this one reviewed so wish me luck on that. Hopefully I’ll be able to post it soon depending on how fast they are >_>

Now onto song of the week! As usual feel free to post you own recommendation :P Considering this week we had a clown girl I can’t think of a better song than “IT Is The End” by Ice Nine Kills~

So not only did you have one heck of a ride crossing, what, half of the USA's West-to-East line, now Google has deemed you unworthy of small bucks... *Sigh* Truly, that platform doesn't care about audio RPs and ASMR. Stay strong, but do focus on settling in. No rushing in this world, don't let society wins!! Not too... nostalgic in your old room? Or disappointed even? :/ Huh. Your music recommendation... "IT is the end"? Gloomy coincidence: at midnight between Wednesday and Thursday, Québec-music-sensation-group the Cowboys Fringants released... pretty much their ultimate album, as the lead singer died in November, yet he recorded a few more songs, namely "La fin du show"... or "The end of the show". Less spooky than, well, IT, and rather a depressive take on the sensation of hollowness as one nears the end of their life, feeling as if they burnt it too quickly. Been playing it on loop since its released for... "reasons". :' )) Do give it a chance despite the language barrier.

Currently tomorrow, I've got Confirmation of my little brother and there's gonna be a fiesta afterwards, and today is when he goes to Prom with a girl. Everything I keep telling him for Prom is just don't do the thing, even though it would tie into the statement me and my older brother say which is, "He will have the first baby." Song recommendation was interesting I will say. For mine, I wanted to do one that was just circus related since of the Clown Girl. Just like a circus by Britney Spears. (Honestly, I wanted to go for a different one, but I'm in the midst of gaming so I kinda sped through this)

Cute art! I always wanted to imagine how I'd make a circus/clown girl. Something about a pretty girl dressed in a colourful clown outfit and makeup sounds really attractive (and I've seen some good examples proving my point lol). Also wanted to add that your recent fennec fox girl is absolutely adorable!! I look forward to when I go through these audios. 'IT Is The End' was really awesome! I do love me some layered hard melody among the 'headbang' sections of songs. You've recommended this band before - and each song of theirs I've heard so far was epic! For my recommendation, it's a similar case actually... D'you remember one of your first QOTW's regarding music? It was a essentially our first time sharing music and my primary recommendation then was Dr Peacock. Damn, it was actually nearly one year ago today (26 Apr 2023). Time flew by so quickly, I wouldn't blame you if you don't remember. But basically I went to see him along with my friends around that time - hence why I mentioned him in that post. Well, fast forward one year and he finally uploaded the music video a couple days ago - with parts showing the venue I was at. I think Ice nine has to be one of my favorite bands, they just do stuff that I haven't heard other bands do and I don't know of any of their songs that I don't like. Alright I've been saving this song, now I hope this one doesn't bring anyone down, I think it's got more of a nostalgic feeling for me but anyways, the song 2005 (1985 Parody) by Billy Cobb. I really like the original one but since I didn't grow up in the eighties it doesn't really hit as close to home, but this version does.

Luckily they reviewed this one pretty fast and deemed it ok! I thought for sure they’d make me wait for a few days like usual but hey, a win is a win and I’ll take it :D As for my room, I’ll admit that it is a bit weird and nostalgic. I don’t think I’ve been here long enough yet to figure out how I feel just yet but I’m trying to stay positive. I have some good memories here (and bad ones) but I’m just trying to look on the bright side until I can get my own place! It took me a bit to find some English lyrics for the song but I found them! Sad to hear the lead singer passed though :( I really did enjoy the song. I’m a sucker for the more emotional “real” lyrics and this is no exception. Thanks for sharing that ❤️ 😊

I hope your brother has fun at his prom! I never went to my prom. I have a vague memory of being asked to a dance but said no. Apologies to the person who asked me but dances just aren’t my thing. Hell, I didn’t even walk to get my diploma. I just went in there a day or so after and picked it up xD Despite not having them myself I think it’s good to have memories like that though so I hope he enjoys himself :) Your song recommendation brought back a lot of memories- not that song specifically but just Britney Spears in general haha!

I’ll be honest, I tried a few good attempts at giving this clown girl makeup and not one of those tries did I like haha! 😆 Something about putting the white makeup on her face just looked weird to me. Maybe I’ll try again someday because I know it can look good if I try hard enough. I do remember you mentioning Dr. Peacock at one point! Now I get the message you sent, that’s so cool- thanks for sharing it with me 😀 The video to that song was really good, I liked it a lot! I agree! I got into Ice Nine Kills a little later but I’ve really enjoyed all the stuff I’ve heard from them. I love that they take stuff they like and make something that’s inspired but still unique- love em’! ❤️ SKELLY THAT SONG!! 😭 I love it so much haha! I love the original too but like you said the 2005 really hits home for me lol. The American Idol lyric made me chuckle because I can’t tell you how many times I’ve wondered that. The Mr. Brightside reference was chef’s kiss too ✨

Sorry to break it to you but he's actually a Junior, the high school just allowed them to go if they wanted to. By the way, after his confirmation he literally said that whenever people questioned about how he was for his saint, he's just gonna say, "I don't really know, all I do know though is that I at least got a W in Warzone." Fucking brilliant. I'm gonna agree with you on dancing. With a family that just enjoys being at parties and dancing, I have a strict mindset to it. I'll always be the one sitting down on my phone since I like REALLY hate dancing. Even then, I always tell my parents, "I'm a musician and enjoy playing music, not dancing to it." Not to mention about how apparently some people when heating up food in the microwave tend to dance there while waiting for their food to be cooked. (That's something a teacher told me.) There's legitimately only 3 dances I've ever been to, one during a valentines day dance because I just wanted to for some stupid reason, another which was Homecoming since it was the first time I tried to get a girlfriend that night(got rejected yet don't feel bad about it since she's apparently dating my "used to be friend" that's rumored and claimed as a Pedo), and Prom, which was just because my friends were telling me that since it's my last year, I might as well. Also, it was either between that song or another one that I'm currently getting used to the rhythm of so yeah. It's mainly since the audio was a clown so I was like why not a song that has the word circus in it.

I play MW5 on the PS4, so I don't have access to mods. But I'll watch some videos on it cause I'm intrigued. Although, my opinion; I prefer the wider design of the Fafnir in the older games like MW4M and Mechwarrior Living Legends (MWLL) - which, by the way, have you ever played the latter? It's technically a fan-made conversion mod but it's really awesome if you don't know about it.

Some rare good Google news it is then! For your room... Voltaire's *Candide or Optimism* ends with the line, if I freely translate in English, "One must tend to their garden." (Close I was, as an official translation went with "let us cultivate our garden", forgot "to cultivate" does exist in English). If home is where the heart is, nothing prevents you from building your own cozy place despite the bad memories. :) As one who moved 6 times in 3 years (help), I started focusing moreso on accessories, decorations and how I ordain my bookshelves as to feel home... that and plushies. I hope this gives you inspiration! Thanks for giving the song a go despite the language barrier :) the Cowboys fringants pretty much define two, if not three generations of Québécois and most of their songs have received translations. Since you just finished a massive car ride, perhaps "L'Amérique pleure" would resonate with you, as it's a song about a truck driver and his gaze unto America. Take care, stay safe, we love you!

I haven't played Living Legends, although I did look at it a while back, I'll have to give it another look. There is a sorta complete version of MW4 out there as a mod that you can download for free since it's freeware, I have played that.

I think I mentioned I have some family in Canada? I don’t know any French myself but am somewhat familiar with at least seeing some Canadian products since said family member loved buying them haha! I don’t plan on moving ever again. This recent one was rough so as of now I plan on staying in NC. Traveling yes, I’d love to do that since I’ve never left the US. But moving? The only time I didn’t mind dancing was in a play because I was a theatre kid haha! But romantic dancing? No, no- not for me. No hate against it or anything I’m just not for stuff like that. I think I may have went to one dance thinking about it. It was in middle school and it was with a bunch of girlfriends. No surprise I ended up really disliking it haha! 😆
