It’s been crazy cold this year normally where I’m at it never gets below like 50 even in winter but the last couple of weeks it’s been consistently in the 30s and the last couple of days the 20s I was hoping for snow only seen it like 3 times in my whole life but seems like we’re not getting any and I feel you pain with the drinks my hot tea turning into iced tea the second I look thee other direction is irritating. I’d love to see you play some Pokémon games ever since I gave my ds and all its games away I’ve been itching to play but can’t so I’d love to see some gameplay. I’ve never heard of Pokémon coliseum but it sounds cool and I have played Pokémon go and that must be where the shadow Pokémon are from originally that’s a cool thing to know. As some one who is also gonna be alone on Valentine’s Day I know I’m gonna buy chocolate the day after when it’s 80% off that’s the real holiday to me lol but it would be cool hear what your favorite games you have played both current and of all time and maybe on each console aswell my personal favorite game of all time is halo 3 and I know I could ramble for hours about it I enjoy hearing other gamers talk about games they are passionate about usually makes me wanna try them and normally I end up enjoying them if I do. I heard about scalpers for this set of cards I’ve been wanting to get more cards even bought a binder and sleeves and with all the empty tcg area at local stores I haven’t been able to. I have no intention of selling really any of the cards I buy I really just want to get cards of my favorite Pokémon like mareep Flaffy jolteon sneasal latias and latios to name of few of my favorites definitely would be sad for a kid to go a store excited to get the new Pokémon cards and just none are there or even going the release day and they are all being bought by adults before you even get chance looking back I remember fondly how fun it was opening new cards and looking through my small collection brings back good memories definitely is sad to see how people treat Pokémon and other beloved things but it does make sense people will do just about anything for money. As for cooking I was kinda thee opposite I was great at cooking food and not so much at baking atleast until about 6 years ago my sister entered a dessert contest in a few words basically said I could never make a better dessert then her long story short I ended up winning the contest and I’ve had fun baking tougher and more unique recipes ever since now we both bring desserts to the holidays with family. I’m sure you will improve your cooking skills even if you think your bad at cooking from what I’ve seen you seem to be better then most honestly it’s surprising how many people I know personally who can’t cook whatsoever and hey who knows once master your cooking skills maybe the next iron chef will be iron chef Ali!

Oh it's been so cold here, it's 1° rn

Was having some coffee while listening to this and I gotta say, if it's a warm day, that's when I'll prefer iced coffee, and if it's a work day, a hot coffee will do. I do prefer Iced coffee a lot though so I definitely opt to have it for more. Also, I recently tried 2 of the 3 milk samples from my birthday cake and I gotta say, they're very good. One had Pecans with white icing which pair well together and the other had chocolate cake with coffee icing which was silky and tasty. Tbh, I've been busy with the 1.5 ZZZ drop today. I got done with Ellen's agent story and I couldn't get over the story at all, from Ellen's Nickname being revealed, her tsundere side always coming along, and he secret of what she's hid from her friends all corelate very well. I'm still needing to do the Special Mission for Astra Yao, so I'll be doing that soon enough. Let's be fair, if we look back as ourselves as kids, we were all greedy at one point. Love that sentence you said: "I like My Little Pony, I don't give a fuck about what anybody thinks." If only the world would accept the fact of me knowing the MPL show and not judging me for it. Thinking about something now, you should definitely do an IRL Patreon video of you showing us how to cook because I was thinking about that Twitter post you did for your chicken bowl, I found it funny that you trying to balance it on your thighs caught my attention more than the actual food you were showing. Maybe... it was the The Night Before Christmas theme on it that caught my attention... idk :P

Hey Ali, I'm glad you're staying warm! It's been brutal over here. Yesterday it was -6 and felt like -25 with the wind chill. You kind of get used to it though, lol. I don't drink coffee, but I do drink tea (preferably iced, I don't care how cold it is!). When I make myself tea in the morning before work, I put it in a vacuum-sealed cup. They're great for keeping your drinks warm or cold. I have several; they're always useful. I will definitely check out Burt's Bees chapstick; normally I just use Carmex. Try not to burn yourself out while replaying those Pokemon games. It happens to me every now and then, but I guess it also depends on your play style. So I mentioned before how I'm trying to finish the Gen 4 Pokedex. I'm nearly finished; the two games I've been using for this are HeartGold and Platinum. But I needed a little help the other day due to the daily and radio Pokemon, so I took out my copy of Pokemon Diamond. This is my original version and save file from 2006. This isn't the first time I've booted up the game, but I did something different this time. Out of curiosity, I opened up my old Pal Pad. Holy nostalgia, I got hit by a wave of emotions! A lot of the people on there were friends that I made while on forums online. I talked to a lot of them for years. Now things like Reddit and Discord have killed forums. I wish I could reach out to some of them again. Seeing the last time met dates all around 2009 made me kind of sad, lol. And I would absolutely love to see your Land of the Lustrous art book. Such a good series. Wow! I always knew you were cool :P Not only do I reread Lord of the Rings once a year, but I do an extended edition rewatch around Christmas too! Lol. I have three different versions of the books; I love the maps. I've been wanting to get a large one and have it framed, but there's a specific one I want. I think I might have to get someone on Etsy to make me a custom one or something. The game is Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance. It's one of, if not my favorite in the series. Unfortunately, my GameCube, along with Fire Emblem and most of my other GameCube games, got destroyed in a flood a few years back. I've been getting in bidding wars for Path of Radiance for the last couple of years; the local retro shops near me either never have it CIB or are selling it for way too much. I'm trying to keep my bids at $200, and I never win it. So, if you ever want to resell it, I'm ready to talk business, lol. Pokemon Colosseum is great, Pokemon did release another game that is very similar to it: Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness, a direct sequel. It's also a fantastic game. I love how difficult these games can get. As for the answer to your question, I don't know, lol. I have never heard a Valentine's Day ASMR audio. Since it's Valentine's Day, maybe another date with that werewolf from November? I've never cared when I'm single during Valentine's Day. This year feels a bit different for some reason, even though I'm very happy with how things are in life right now. I absolutely detest social media and dating apps, but I have been tempted to reactivate my old Tinder account recently, but I know it wouldn't make me happier. I guess I just don't like the thought of having regrets in the future. Post something on your birthday so I can wish you a happy one! The launch of Prismatic Evolutions was disgusting. I don't collect Pokemon cards, but my social media algorithm always feeds me Pokemon stuff, so I got to see some pretty awful videos. It's a shame you haven't been able to get your hands on a box. There are some awesome Eeveelutions in this set. I hope you get your hands on a box soon! Good luck with the pulls! I talked to a friend recently who plays the Pokemon TCG, and I think I plan on trying to get into the cards (just collecting) with the next set. It's no secret that I love Pokemon, so it has always been tempting to get the cards. Unfortunately, part of the reason I haven't been able to get into it is the resell and scalping culture plaguing it. But business is business, I guess. It just feels gross when you see it happening to something you really like.

Miracle

You had Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance and you didn't take it with you?! That is one of the rarest and most sought after gamecube games. I'm not joking- I've sold it before. It is almost twice of expensive as pokemon coliseum, going for 200+ dollars used. You better have not lost it! XD I personally have not played it much. I tried it, but it wasn't for me. Now pokemon coliseum on the other hand, that game is my childhood. I beat it multiple times. And of course, its sequel: Gale of Darkness. Have you played that one? You saying there has never been a game like coliseum seems to imply you aren't aware of GoD. If not, I highly recommend it. But knowing you, you may have played it before and just forgotten about it in the audio. If that is how you feel about reselling, then ouch. The vast majority of the items I sell are things I personally don't have any interest in. And they aren't long-term investments either; they are put on the market almost as soon as I get them. There are two reasons for this: 1. Not all items appreciate in value over time. 2. I have a limited amount of space and a lot of items I need to sell in order to stay in business. Chasing "immediate gratification" is the only way I can keep my job. So, sorry I guess. :P To you, it may be sad. But I get satisfaction in knowing I'm making the people who receive my products happy.

Thank you for the rambles and well wishes! Definitely doing my best to stay warm, kind of succeeding. I'm away from home for a convention and it's a fair bit colder here, but not too much to handle. Hoping I can find an opportunity to make some hot cocoa while it's still in season ^_^ Also, please wish me luck with results for the JLPT! I sat for the N2 in November, supposed to hear back about it fairly soon, maybe even while I'm at the convention. Loved listening to the ramble ^^ So many topics, so little space to respond. Others already pointed out Path of Radiance's collectible value, but hearing that you still have fun memories of it is the real reason why I hope you get to find it! Fun value is just as important as monetary—which I think you kind of already got at yourself with the whole Pokemon thing, haha. The card game I play, Vanguard, doesn't have much of a collection market, so card value is determined first by card strength and only then by scarcity if the card is already used in some well-performing deck. In a way this helps prevent scalpers from taking up stock, since a card's value will usually go down with time instead of up... ...But I also think there's something missing here that Pokemon has, it's missing a sort of a closeness with the characters that makes the game warmer and more inviting, if you get what I mean? I do collect specific archetypes in Vanguard, but I'm pretty alone in that field, and I don't think it's close to the same as what you get to do (or what you have to put up with). Best of luck with learning new recipes! I'm literally you in the rice bowl department, back during 2020 they were the first things I learned to make when I was learning how to cook as my Pandemic Skill, even before eggs that weren't just scrambled. I learned other stuff, but I never stopped making them either! In particular I found a shrimp ankake don that to this day remains my favorite way to eat shrimp. If you want some non-ricebowl dishes, I could post a few? A lot of my go-tos are still dishes that go well with or require rice, like curries and fried rice, but I got a few burgers, pastas, sauces, sides, and desserts that are pretty fun. Some were sourced online (Tasting History and Demystifying Chinese Cooking are the main culprits), some were made by me and my roommate, all are brilliant.

Sir Skelington

I'm pretty sure that exact type of chap stick is the one that I used to get so much, and I can confirm its great. Though I may be a skelly I have to take care of my lips, and that chap stick would burn a bit when my lips were chapped, and it was a good reminder that maybe I shouldn't be licking my lips lol. A quick note on LotR, I think that's one of the things that separates good art from great art, is that you can go back and experience it and get something completely different than what you did the last time. I know that you've talked about future livestreaming possibilities, but I think that it would be funny to see you play one of the Steam dating games for valentines day, like the one that KFC made. The Pokémon card situation is a really interesting one, I think that most people are actually just wanting the cards but obviously when something like this happens you have people that just want to make money off of something they have no part in. It's just gross to me. I do think that the fact that people bought so many that there weren't any left for anyone else is partly to blame on the company but like you said they are going to be doing reprints and that's all they really can do so good on them. I don't mean to go on about this but just seeing people go and buy carts full of Pokémon cards before most kids would even be able to see what the packs look like is like Disney villain behavior lol. It's in stark contrast to this guy's videos I've watched lately where he's basically giving away cards to kids. You know the guy is losing money but he's making them happy.

Shadowkitty

Hoi, Ali. Alicats. The Syndicate sends its regards~ :3 I don't have much time to myself while instructing field oriented courses, so I'm listening from the gym and replying a bit between sets. Might be a bit helter-skelter. xD Honestly, I used to be so bad about lotion and general skincare-- until I got tattoos. Now I have a regular routine and dedicated product brands and the works. Lmao. High fives all around for the vanilla, too. I feel like people always downplay it as bland or lame but I have always loved it, and basically all my hygiene products/fragrances are oriented around it. Vanilla & Woodsmoke make up the majority of my arsenal, but I'm also a big fan of Amber and Rum notes when paired with vanilla as well. Vanilla rocks, don't let the haters win. x3 I'm so glad you mentioned chapstick too, I am a chapstick FIEND and I can't even say why. It's just one of those compulsive goblin-mode tics for me where I just have to have them all. Burt's Bees is hands down my preferred brand, though I use the Vanilla flavour. (You may be detecting a trend here.) Though their coconut & pear is also a favourite of mine. The only chapstick that can compare is this random, no-name weird shit that the medical group on base just keeps in buckets on their help desk. I swear, idk what it even is, it has no branding or marking but every time I go for bloodwork I 'tactically acquire' like three or four of them. >.> ...You were very kind and generous in your assessments there sooo I'll just be the cold kitten and say this for you; Scalpers can go and get fragged. The videos coming out of people literally throwing blows trying to sweep up that Pokemon set are actually shameful. Investing in the medium as a collector is one thing, but as you noted in your discourse, many of these people are uh.. Not that. Most, if I ventured a bet. Good on the manufacturers for deciding to reprint and basically devalue the set somewhat, even if that sucks for genuine collectors a bit its still far better than seeing the cards resold online for 100x market price. Pokemon streams/VODs would be awesome, and a fun way to document your progress! I can't believe you have a copy of Path of Radiance just hanging around, you should absolutely look for it. It's quite rare nowadays. I'll still always have a personal soft spot for the GBA titles (Blazing Sword, Sacred Stones) but Ike is a beast in his own right. PoR also gave us Zihark, who is probably my favourite Myrmidon archtype aside from Joshua; as well as the indomitable Nephenee. Absoutely goated roster. As for Valentines, I'll just say anything is fine. Whatever makes you happy and sounds fun to you will be more than great. I really dont think much of those holidays anymore or even really remember them. As the Eldest shadowcat, I've always done the cooking, and I love it. I've always heard it said; "Baking is a science but cooking is an art." So, you being a great artist, I'm sure you'll develop the intuition for cooking too. :3 Widening your roster and conditions is a fun way to expand for sure. I know exactly what you mean, for a long time a member of my D&D/Pathfinder circle was a vegetarian, and that really helped me pick up some different menu options. We always hosted at my house, and as a rule if you come to my house you get fed. It's just how it is, I won't have it any other way, so I definitely brushed up on some new skills that way. Just think of it like challenge missions, haha~ They're nothing fancy, but for a lot of good videos/recipes on cheap and effective meal prep, Josh Cortis' youtube channel is a great resource. I've adopted and adapted quite a few of his recipies over the years. Thanks for the ramble. Everyone, take care of yourselves. Be good, be safe, and look out for each other.

Oh man, being in the 20s is cold as heck! 🥶 I think the other day it hit 15 and I felt like a popsicle lol. Be sure to stay warm Releo! It’s been a while since I played Pokemon Go so was unaware that they also had shadow/dark Pokemon- that’s really cool! There’s also some old Pokemon cards that played on the dark theme. I think there was even a dark Espeon which was so pretty! ✨ Ngl, reading that you bought a binder and sleeves and weren’t able to find any cards made me sad- I’m sorry Releo :( I think in time all the craziness will calm down and you’ll be able to find some though. I hope that when you do you get some of those Pokemon that you want too! ^_^ I like your idea of talking about games so I’ll remember that for my chat on Valentine’s Day. I’ll be sure to get some chocolate again too so we can all enjoy it together :P Based on the picture of the pie you made on Twitter it seems like you are definitely a good baker! Hopefully I can get to that level with cooking in time so thank you for the encouragement! ❤️

alichuart

I’m glad you enjoyed having a coffee with me! Cold or hot, it doesn’t matter- I just love coffee! ☕️ ❤️ I’m glad to hear your birthday cake samples were good too. I love pecans so I’m sure that one was delicious. I’m happy that you’re still enjoying ZZZ! I still haven’t gotten around to trying it but I do very much like the videos you all have recommended to me of some of the characters. Their designs and songs are really nice ^_^ Speaking of which, I don’ think I got back to your last comment about a video so I’ll be sure to do that here soon. As someone whose style has been goth/emo their whole life it’s a given that friends and family will CONSTANTLY gift you NBC stuff lol. Don’t get me wrong, I do like NBC but damn….the amount of stuff I have of it from gifts is a little excessive 😂 Regarding the IRL cooking video- no, no, no; not going to happen lol. I freak out enough cooking already, much less knowing I’m being recorded! 😭 💀

alichuart

Oh man that’s so cool! The fact that you still have your 2006 game file is amazing to me. Even more so that your pal pad had all your old friends, I love that! The only person I really had to trade with growing up was a cousin so my ability to trade and get other pokemon was limited back in the day. Even so, meeting up with her and being able to trade and battle was so fun! ^_^ I had another edition of the books but sadly it got lost during my move 😭 A family member was kind enough to gift me this one though and I really like it! It came in a really pretty box with awesome art so I was very thankful ❤️ I love the idea of framing one of the maps- you should definitely do it! Aww, I’m sorry to hear about the flood Moy :( It always the worst when stuff like that takes things away. I can relate to this situation very much so I feel for you. I talked about it a little before but my old original Pokemon crystal game was stolen from me as a kid in a car crash. I was playing it in the car when it happened and we think one of the workers who towed the car took it with my gameboy 💀 As for the Valentine’s audio it will be a little ramble/chat! :D I may make a roleplay too but I also like to make a little hangout on certain holidays for you all. Someone mentioned me talking about games so I’ll have that be a topic of discussion on that day. If there’s anything else you or anyone else may want to talk about though feel free to let me know ^_^ I’ve never personally used a dating app but I know they have been successful for some people. I agree that social media definitely doesn’t do any favors for them though 😭 The Prismatic Evolutions situation really is wild. I think it’s brought out the worst in people and it’s just sad really. I can’t say I’m surprised since it’s happened before. And while I can see it from a business POV, I as a person really dislike it. It just feels a bit gross in this market since the point is to have fun and enjoy a hobby. I do think it will calm down though. The Timmy’s will eventually leave and go to their next quick sale victim lol :P I do hope you’re able to get some cards though Moy. Collecting and playing is so much fun! ❤️

alichuart

Yeah that’s the one! I just texted my mom about it and she said she was going to help me look for it one day. Fingers crossed I still have it! I never played Gale of Darkness growing up. But if it’s the sequel to Coliseum then 100% I’d love it! It would probably be difficult for me to get it now but hey, if I really do still have my GameCube I’d be willing to try and get a copy one day :) Nah, it’s all good! Just to clarify, I’m strictly talking Pokemon and trading cards here. I understand that everything has its own market and I can’t and don’t compare TCGs to other products since the market and consumer base are different. I’m only speaking on what I have experience and passion in which is the card world. And the recent Pokemon cards experience and how it’s been going is wild.

alichuart

Hopefully you get some good hot cocoa! I just made myself some peppermint hot chocolate the other night and it was delicious ✨ That’s so awesome about the JLPT! Ngl, I had to look up what it was but seriously- good on you! I wish you all the best with the results :) I absolutely love talking about cards! Mainly the fun/collectible side but I do appreciate and value the monetary take too- to an extent of course lol. Acting insane in a store and getting into fights is ridiculous. Saving a few sealed things for later investment or personal openings because you have passion for the product is totally fine so long as there’s love and good intent there ❤️ That’s really interesting about Vanguard! I’ve only opened up a couple of things from them (I remember it had something to do with mermaids) and thinking they were very cute! :) It’s so fun for me to see how different card games are and how they work. Not only for the art and the game but also just how different the community is. I just love that about TCGs so thanks for sharing that! I’d definitely love some other ideas not including rice haha! Curry has always been a go-to for me also but yet again- rice xD I do love me some burgers and pastas though if you’d like to share :D

alichuart

The burn of the mint is exactly why I like it! It lets me now it’s working >:3 I completely agree with your take on LoTR too. Something really is awesome when you can consume it multiple times and still pick up on things. If a series does that I know it’s something special ✨ Woah, I was not expecting to learn today that there really is a dating game centered around KFC- that is hilarious! 😂 The Pokemon situation really is wild. This has happened before with some past sets but the videos of people fighting are just ridiculous. Like bro, are you really getting that worked up over cards? Come on 💀 I am happy Pokemon is doing a reprint though. That way people that genuinely enjoy the product get to experience it too! It’s a good feeling to pull a card that’s worth a lot but I think it’s unhealthy to let that feeling be so consuming. When you’re just chasing the money and there’s no love or passion there it just feels so hollow. I can see and understand the business side, but at my core I enjoy seeing people love something because you can’t put monetary value on that.

Listened while on my lunch break so hopefully things are still fresh on my mind since I'm off work now. Yea though, it's been too dang cold here Ali! As I was listening, I was walking by the pond at the office that's all iced over, and when home, I've been wearing thermal base layers with an insulated mug (key word insulated, get yourself one :P) of got chocolate mixed with coffee, with the fireplace going, I'm out of firewood though... and I certainly do feel the pain with the dry cracked hands! Certainly doesn't help that I wash my hands a LOT, and no tablet, but yea, I've been getting so much hand lotion on my phone screen..ugh... and you are not wrong, vanilla lotion is the best, vanilla scent in general is one of the best, and that's what I've been using. As for the chapstick .... lol As I was listening, I was thinking you were either gonna say Burts Bees peppermint, or vanilla, I use the peppermint one usually, but the vanilla one is amazing. And i definitely understand about LotR, it really does seem like a cold weather thing to enjoy ... it's the cloaks, it's gotta be :P And i gotta agree with Skelington's V-day idea, either the KFC dating sim (they also made a KFC console) or, this one will be right up your Ali, but Sucker for Love, it's a cthulu dating sim with monster girls lol Also, yes, the pun was intentional. And as for the pokemon card situation, yea, it's straight up disgusting what's going on... seen a few videos of people pushing away others, grabbing armfuls of the packs, ripping them out of the hands of others and even coming to blows... fully grown adults, fighting over stuff that at the end of the day, is meant primarily for kids who are now watching this disgusting behavior... I'm glad reprints are going to be made, hopefully enough that the scalpers have to sell at a loss like they did with the PS5 Pros that just came out. And with the cooking, hey, nothing wrong with rice bowls! Easy and delicious!! I myself love to cook, especially for others, and it doesn't sound weird with the seasoning, you season until your ancestors tell you it's good! As for baking, I haven't really baked much, used to make Japanese milk bread every weekend though, really need a standmixer for that though... 45 minutes of kneading by hand gets exhausting... lol

*apologies for the re-comment, I hit enter too soon and didn’t get to type everything I wanted to say! Don’t mind the deleted one haha! XD Heyyy, another vanilla appreciator! :D I know a lot of people think it’s a boring scent but like you said, don’t listen to the haters lol. I’ve never tried the vanilla Burt’s bee’s chapstick as I’ve always stuck with the mint. Next time I need some I’ll try that one ✨ The pokemon situation really is ridiculous. I can’t say I was too shocked since this is a trend that happens on and off within this market but damn, seeing people literally fighting in stores is just getting out of hand. It’s cards for crying out loud- this isn’t toilet paper or water during a disaster, Jesus Christ! 😭 I appreciate the encouragement in cooking, thank you! :D I’m determined to get better and will be sure to continue posting my progress. I’ll have to check out that YouTube channel too since I’m on the hunt for things other than rice dishes at the moment. I need to step out of my comfort zone! I also want to apologize but could you tell me the name of your streaming channel again? I know you mentioned it to me in a comment but I can’t remember which one it was now- I wanted to give you a follow!

Kench

Yeah, Vanguard's got some fun theming ^^ Each archetype has its own aesthetic and it sounds like you found the Bermuda ones, the mermaid idols. Consistently the cutest art in the game. Re: pastas, a lot of them follow the same general trend, where you - pick a sauce base (usually either cream or tomato/marinara) - add in spices (traditionally oregano, basil, rosemary, and thyme) - pick any add-ins you might want to have in there (like a chicken cutlet for chicken parm or ground turkey to make a basic meat sauce - pick the best pasta shape to go with it (the thicker the sauce, the wider/longer the noodle). There's always more to it than that, and even with something as simple-looking as this I'm still learning new stuff every time I get in the kitchen, but this is enough to make like most pasta dishes you want. Some outliers like baked ziti or stuffed shells exist, but learning those individually as special treats is a fun thing that's pretty separate from general stovetoppery. For the general template, my favorite one to make is a cheese-sauce based mac'n'cheese, which involves: - 0.5 lb dried pasta (I prefer shells or rotini) - 1 0oz white cheese that can be melted (I prefer havarti or gruyere but white cheddar should work just as well). Chopping it or shredding it beforehand will make it melt easier. - 1.5 cups of heavy cream - 4 tbsp butter - a pinch each of salt, cayenne pepper, nutmeg - Any other optional add-in will work, if you want it. I usually prefer a protein, like sausage or cubed chicken breast, but there's no reason why veggies wouldn't also work, too (make sure these are all cooked on a stovetop to a safe done-ness BEFORE doing your pasta!).
Heat a pot of water for the pasta, and a saucepan with the cream, both until boiling. Put the pasta in and let it go while you focus on the sauce. Stir in the cheese bit-by-bit until it's all melted and combined, and then mix in the salt, cayenne, nutmeg, and butter, mixing evenly, then add in your additional bits if using. By this point, your pasta should be al dente, but you can check if it's done ornot by just taking a piece from the pot and chompfing it ^^ Put the pasta and the sauce together into a serving bowl or pan, and toss until it's all coated. Optionally, you can toast some breadcrumbs and put on top to give it some texture, but I don't really like how it feels alongside the chicken that I put in, so I leave the breadcrumbs out. Let me know if you make it, and if you do, let me know if you like it!

Colosseum went so hard. I always remember the Shaq meme when I use lotion when he says, "I nurture my skin." I am staying nice and cold up here in Minnesota, thank you. Patrick the lid. The lid The lid The lid The lid

Haha~! No need for any apologies, I probably edited my comment like five different times because it turns out I no type gud when fighting for my life inbetween deadlifts. xD I really like the vanilla, though it wont have that signature mint tingle! Still, it feels like it applies smoother to me than some of the others.. But it could all be in my head. Honestly I can't even imagine fighting in a costco over most things, even rudimentary supplies like that, unless it was all out apocalypse mode... As someone who essentially fights for a living, there's no way I'm stepping into a violent altercation unless it's to protect myself or someone else. Noooooo thank you. ..Weeellll, you can expect a fair bit of rice in a lot of his recipes hahaha! Not all, of course, but rice is just so cost effective and macro friendly. His content is aimed towards a psuedo fitness audience so you'll never fully escape rice. :P Oh, and pssh. Again, don't apologize for anything. I'm not joking when I say my channel is in the babiest of baby stages, with like a dozen friends as subscribers and pretty much nothing else going on lmao. KonekoKage Ch. or just KonekoKage should bring it up if youtube feels like playing nicely. :3

100%! I could never see myself fighting over anything really. Unless like you said it was the literal apocalypse, then maybe…or in World of Warcraft PVP mode xD I’m definitely no saint but I like to think I have at least some kindness and human decency to not get ridiculous over silly cards lol. I gave you a follow! I’m not sure how often I’ll be able to tune in but if I ever see you online I’ll try to stop by sometime ^_^

Oh yeah, big hand washer here too so that definitely ruins my hands even more 💀 I’ll look into an insulated mug for real! Don’t know why I didn’t think about that before 😂 Ok, first I find out there’s a KFC dating game and now I’m being told there’s a Cthulhu one- with an amazing pun for a name to boot lol I love it! 😆 The Pokemon card situation really is disgusting. It’s a card game man, it’s meant to be fun and Timmy’s out here acting like damn fools. It’s all good though. Eventually something else will grab their short term attention spans and those of us who really like it can enjoy it as it’s meant to be :3 I’ve never tried Japanese milk bread but man I bet it’s delicious! ✨

It did, such a good game! Stay warm Smitchy, and even if it’s meme worthy protect your skin from the elements! XD

Thank you for the info Kench! I’ll be doing a grocery trip sometime next week so I’ll see about trying out the Mac n cheese. I’m lactose intolerant but I’m a gambler, cheese and cream is too good to not test fate sometimes >:3 I’m also kind of weird with it because sometimes I’m totally fine and other times it’s like one sip of milk with set me over the edge haha!

I did end up buying some gloves specifically so I can just drench my hands on moisturizer when I go to bed and keep it from getting wiped of and end up all over my blanket and sheets lol it helps and tsk tsk Ali!! Lol yup, and there's also a catgirl too.. more oh a reason to hurry up and get a PC and steam :P I give it another week if it's not already dying down lol And you have to make it!! It makes the best sandwich bread and the best grilled cheese I've ever made!! Oh! Also forgot to reply about Pokemon Colosseum! I played that all the time in my GameCube! Which...I think is still at my dad's place along with my n64...

Kench

Oh shoot, sorry for not considering dietary restrictions! I got so wrapped up in wanting to share that I didn't think it through as thoroughly as I could have 🙇🙇🙇 If you want something that isn't a gastronomic coin flip, I could share something with no dairy in it? Crazy that sometimes it hits hard and sometimes it's completely fine, that sounds hard to deal with. Good luck, if you go for it! 👀

I can relate. It's been brutal out here in Nebraska. We were hitting like minus 20F after the windchill was factored in. Since I lift, I beat up my hands pretty good. That, plus the cold, leaves my hands drier than a postmenopausal g-ma in a nursing home. Thankfully, we started hitting the 40s lately, which feels positively tropical by comparison. I actually took a nice ride on my motorcycle yesterday, which I've really been missing. Honestly they should release a remaster of Pokémon Colosseum, I've never played it but I've watched a lot of vids about it and it makes me wanna play it so damn bad! As for Valentine's Day stuff, I really dunno. V-Day has always been a whatever holiday for me so I'm down for whatever the majority wants lol

Glad you're staying warm! It's about 3°C here, so quite cold, but not too bad. Honestly, I prefer it colder - it's way cozier to warm up, like snuggling into a blanket, drinking hot chocolate or coffee, or just sitting in front of a fireplace... Just soooo cozy. :3 When it's too hot, I find it so hard to cool down. D: You mentioned a FMA limited edition - would love to see that! Since we're on the topic, which FMA do you prefer: the original or Brotherhood? I think both were great, even though Brotherhood followed the manga more closely, the alternate story of the original series was still really good. Pokémon Colosseum is one of the few titles I haven't played yet. I’ve heard it's a hit or miss for some, but I might give it a try if I ever get the chance. ^^ It's funny how Lord of the Rings has become a winter tradition, especially around Christmas. We always get reruns of it in December, and I know what you mean - it feels fitting even though it has no Christmas theme (as far as I know xD). It's kind of become a tradition, and I don't mind one bit! The situation with scalpers has definitely gotten worse in recent years. It's so frustrating to have to "camp" for a chance to get something, whether it's a new console release like the PS5 or a new card set. I wouldn't mind it if it went to people who actually want it or collect it, but seeing 10+ of the same thing from the same seller for double the price is super demotivating. Good luck with your cooking journey! Even if it's just rice balls, if they taste good, that's a win in my book. xD

No worries at all Kench, it really does sound awesome! I really am ok gambling sometimes and this definitely sounds like something I’d like :D The worst part is I LOVE milk and cheese lol x3

Omg, postmenopausal g-ma lmao. I shouldn’t have laughed as hard as I did at that 😂 That’s awesome that you were able to ride your bike though! Colosseum really was such a unique game. It would be so badass if they made it available through the Nintendo membership thing- like how they did with Pokemon Stadium! I still need to renew mine, replying that was fun ✨

I much prefer cold to being hot! Just like you said, it’s easier to warm up for me than to cool down. Winter also brings the cozy vibes = w = It’s funny you ask about FMA! I did a ramble on here a few months back talking about my love for it ❤️ While I do love both, the original 2003 version will always be my favorite. Not only does it hold a nostalgia element for me but I prefer the direction/mood of that version. The card situation really is gross. Just the other day I was at the store (not to get cards) but happened to notice they were putting some out. The guy wasn’t even done putting them on the shelves and dudes were already grabbing them all up, like from the actual shipping box! Like really? Come on! XD
