$200 Bonus Male Desktop Pin-up - Umnus (Patreon)

Since we hit over $200 this month (Next month I'll actually be making some goal numbers for additional posting material) It was voted on by the higher tier Patrons for the first male pin-up of the month to be Umnus in a scene taken from prior to his kidnapping in the comic and on his home world. Here, he's doing a little fishing with his friends.  Finished picture will be posted at the Start of next month for those who qualify for the colored desktop level.

You know, I have to wonder: Have humanimals ever discovered or explored Eden? I always thought it was interesting how the populace of Alden never seemed to raise an eyebrow at Umnus' appearance in public places like malls and such. Or are they just so accustomed to half-breeds and the like, that just about anybody could fit in?

considering that the Extinctioners didn't even know what Umnus was when they first encountered him I think it's safe to say that Alden doesn't know about Remalons. As for his public appearances remember that up until the team's public appearance in Napaj Umnus has always been shown wearing very concealing clothing like hoodies and baggy pants, stuff that's pretty easy to hide certain attributes about his person that he might want to keep hidden. It's very likely that people seeing him just assume he's some type of reptile or seldom seen animal with what little they actually see of his body. thus far the only people that have any knowledge about the remalon's and their homeworld would be the humans.

Hm. Been a while since I read the comics. I guess I never fully noticed the clothing he wore, though I could've sworn that before Napaj, we wore jeans and a t-shirt, especially after he and Pandora witness Wallice cheating on CeeCee. Then again, I also remembered Panovich's shock when encountering Umnus up front for the first time, and being creeped out by him.

LIke Draeg said, to most humanimals where the group currently live, pretty much would assume Umnus is just some sort of reptile. With the expansiveness of species on the planet, so long as you resemble something, not many are going to put too much attention your way unless you do something to purposely stand out. It's very well possible to live in an area and never meet a certain type of breed, so running into a new one wouldn't be that big of a deal. Warfare on the other hand would draw more attention because there's absolutely nothing else like him on the planet anywhere.
