I have to admit, full human genitalia, on him...seems....odd, wrong.....I do not picture him having a "head" (sorry I know it's YOUR character) I always saw his testicle as internal and his length more of a spike....

I consider that, but the full spike feels weird to draw at times. I'll just blame it on shape shifting but his testicles are partially interior with a slight mound.
