EOD is Explosives & Ordinance Disposal; PSA is Public Service Announcement. When I had been in Iraq for a bit, and my comics became more well known, I was approached by a senior NCO from one of the Explosives & Ordnance Disposal teams in our area.

The idea was to do a series of  "PSA" posters, encouraging people not to pick up U.X.O.s, or Un-Exploded Ordnance-- sometimes referred to as "dud rounds". There were a lot of problems with people picking up unexploded munitions to pose for photos, or even to pocket as souvenirs. EOD was hoping that I could produce some "pull-no-punches" cartoons that could be turned into posters that would be placed around the places where soldiers congregated and hopefully get people to stop messing with dangerous unexploded munitions.

They specifically wanted comics because photographs would be too graphic, as well as having to use images of peoples' friends that had been maimed or killed;  and also because peoples' eyes are drawn towards cartoons, and endless series' of warning photos had become so much white noise to the jaded troops.

I worked on a bunch of these and got many inked but no details (such as camouflage) were completed when the NCO I was working with got called home on emergency family leave. He was the guy running the show for the project and it wasn't handed off to anyone else, which I felt was too bad; it was a good message in my opinion. Maybe some day I could do these again, updating them with modern uniform styles.
