How about a DragonBall comic where Bulma wanted to run some test so she ask Android 18 and Chi Chi to help. She tells them it is to test the stamina differences between and Android and a normal Human, but what she is really testing is see who is more ticklish.

This is my idea for a tickle comic I call it Lois's Home Tickle Invasion. The plot is; After spending half a day doing house work and with everyone at work, school, or daycare. Lois Griffin from Family Guy decided to take her shoes off,(Or maybe she's already barefoot) kick up her feet a takes a quick nap. But she forgot to lock the front door so a masked person wearing all black breaks into the house picks up Lois's unconscious body to the kitchen and tied her to a chair and her feet on another chair or stool and starts to tickle her feet. As Lois giggles herself awake she freaks out about the intruder for a bit before the masked person continue to tickle her feet some more. After the tickling is over masked person gags Lois she scream thought her gag as the masked person leaves. A few hours later Joe tells Bonny about what happened to Lois because she got free a call him while he was on patrol because he is a cop and the last panel is her holding her mask with her feet on a stool crossed over each other while she in the other room acting oblivious to the home invasion. If you want to workshop this you can. I'm just giving you an idea of what it could go.
