Jim Henson's final project...

You reviewed one of the few shows my siblings and I loved that wasn't on PBS or animated in the 90s! I loved this show as a kid and this was the first time I ever got any referrential humor (the Sinclairs were the same name as an oil company). By the way, Charlene is a protoceratops and Robbie is a hypsilophodon. My favorite one was the one where Charlene is left to babysit and the food from the fridge comes to life. Remember; food never spoils, it just goes bad!

Actually learning that this is the last thing Henson works on just makes the series finale all the more tragic. Rest in peace.

Never knew Henson worked on this. As a kid, did not find it very funny (and yeah, it was weird to me that they are all different species despite being related) but as an adult I get the jokes better.

Labyrinth was the last movie Henson directed still worth chrcking

Maybe Earl's kids are adopted. Why else do they look nothing like their parents?

they revealed that Baby was switched before birth. they accept him all the same

i hate Baby Sinclair. he's annoying and a spoiled brat. "gotta love me!" i don't love him and i want to see what would happen if someone said that to him

Muppet show gag is GOLD! I haven't said this yet, but the almost PBS-like intro by Raven is both incredibly nostalgic and tasteful. This is my new favorite review (forcing Tentacolino to a close second). By the way, this is the first use of the term Hogwart! Excellent review and an absolutely PERFECT ending to Henson month! When this movie was released every little girl sighed and every single parent (mine included) were rightly terrified!
