I am curious about what book that is. Belfry, are you trying to give both kids, Heart Attacks, Arhema, and early Deaths? Like Sheesh! This is a Hospital, not Home. Be respectful of others.

Oh! It's simple. If you look at this comic through the lens of Tamberlane being the antagonist it makes an alarming amount of sense.
