Return of the Gimp... (Patreon)

Page is back up and running.  Patreon apologised for the delay; I think my request fell thru the cracks (no pun intended) and it only got sorted when I pinged them thru a Q&A forum because my emails weren't being responded to, but all sorted now.

Apologies for any hassles caused.  I see I have a few comments and private messages to respond to.  I'm in work at the moment (typing this on my phone) but will respond to each one when I get home later.
