Unfortunately we had a bit of a camera goof in this one near the end, but hopefully you guys enjoy the episode as much as I did! On the plus side we got a new battery for the camera so this won't ever happen again and we took steps to make sure it didn't happen for next week's episode while the battery was being delivered.

This was only a little over a year after G-Idle debuted. And a little less than a year after Soyeon and Miyeon debuted (vocally) as part of KD/A at LoL World's opening ceremony. I can't really say enough on how impressive Soyeon is. :) Oh My Girl and Lovelies are definitely outside of my personal taste. Not that I think they are bad. They just have concepts that don't appeal to me. I really dont know anything about AoA. They are really impressive. I just never checked out any of their stuff after watching Queendom. Yes, CL was the rapper from 2ne1. The next episode is really good. :)

Wait Gidle was only a year old at this point?! They are so swaggy though! That’s kinda impressive in itself lol 😆 Yeah I enjoyed the performances by Oh My Girl and Lovelyz, but they might not be groups that I would have found on my own. Which is kinda the nice thing about running this channel! Looking forward to it 😁

Hyojung, Oh My Girl’s leader and main vocalist, actually became best friends with Moonbyul after the show (along with RV’s Seulgi, they call themselves the “Egg Yolk Group”) although they didn’t become friends because of Queendom. Moonbyul has often said that after Mamamoo and the ‘92 club (mostly Sandeul of B1A4), they’re the closest celebrity friends she has. Hyojung also had a collab stage with Solar and Purple Kiss’s Goeun last year at the RBW Family concert (OMG’s company WM Entertainment was bought by RBW a while ago).

So my personal ranking for the First Round is: 1) (G)I-dle (really rocked the stage, rookies that had to prove something.) 2) Mamamoo (good not great, you could see they were still tired after the 2 day concert they had.) 3) AOA (Hot! Hotter!! Hottest!!!) 4) Oh My Girl (didn’t show anything special, like they were afraid to go out of the box and the misuse of the ribbons in my opinion they gave a “lame” and to safe of a performance.) 5) Park Bom (Bom is Bom just plain and simple) 6) Lovelyz (mishit, wrong concept for song (love song) and ditto costumes)
