Adam, I totally get what you are saying about how ATEEZ is (being progressive and a safe space for all genders/sexualities) tying into them being a more international group. It is a very what came first the chicken or the egg fr lmao but I think the reason why they can be so popular internationally is because they just have the mechanics for it. KQ, their company is pretty progressive, and they way they trained and brought ATEEZ up really show's, their company's motto is literally "Humanism" and they have it written on their walls. No idol or company are perfect and everyone is bound to make a mistake but they are are one of the few companies that I have seen in the last almost 10 years being a KPOP stan own up to them outwardly, promise to do better and then actually not repeat the same mistakes. I think is a collaborative effort of both the artist and the company only wanting to put out their best in the world.

Adam I so understand! As a baby atiny I actually started listening to them about when you started doing your reactions and actually I am pissed at myself it took so long to get into them because I love them so much and now I am desperately trying to make up for lost time but its ok, we got there! This reaction was EVERYTHING! Ateez being adorable and cute, a bit of Woosan everpresent and San being an absolute sweetheart in his fluffy jumper. ❤️‍🩹 I love his tone so much, it is actually so special, and he is so talented! I think what makes me a San bias, apart from all of the obvious, is how honest he feels always, like you can feel that he is 100% in it always, even when he is a bit cringy, its cute. I love him. Ok I can drop the violin! I am so happy I can see them in a couple of months even though it will be from the back, next time I am getting vip goddamn! Happy New Year! Looking forward to next week!

I just learned that a lot of bp era haobin fans in Korea and China quit shipping them after the debut not because they no longer appreciated their chemistry but because they felt it was boring to ship a real couple lmao. I disagree but I get it, we're just vicarious supporters really. It's like you said before, there's no point in shipping you two as a married couple. But rural people living in the woods didn't get the memo so still celebrated the new year on April 1. They were called April Fools. So April Fools day actually used to be New Years Day

Ok I'm back after watching this. I am seriously so happy you both are now into Ateez, they truly have such special qualities about them. As you both note they are very progressive maybe bc they were abroad a lot of their young lives. Truly they bring tears to me often I love them so much and they have been my safe and happy place since discovering them. I'm just a babytiny still started in August 2023 actually 10 days before kcon la where I bought tickets specifically to only see them live!

Adam was cute when he was crying. Don't cry it's never too late to stan ATEEZ. They're so kind, funny but in same time so mature. And for San in Lee Mujin Service, he's voice oh my god!! I watched many episodes of this show and the guests have often the same style and tone voice. San was completely different and very versatile. No one can give me goosebumps like his voice.

I have been following for awhile and was convinced you both would really fall for them, but I know that there were hesitations so I never thought this day would come. I feel a bit vindicated by Adam crying over not knowing them sooner, not going to lie 😂 Glad you are excited for their next tour! I think I said this before but their concert was genuinely one of the best I've ever been to in my life. Especially as fans of musical theater, you all will be livinggg. And yes, Hongjoong is even more perfect in real life, as is San, and as are all the others <3

Oh yeah I’d be shocked too lol. Anytime I’ve seen others kinda make anything slightly homophobic near them, they always speak up. Like a person saying San and wooyoung having matching tattoos is really weird and San was like shut it down “it’s romantic”. San and hongjoong I feel like are the most outspoken members. Wooyoung just calls you out for being stupid lol. I think hongjoong has really helped seonghwa foster his confidence in what he wants to portray. Anytime he sees him kinda shrinking in on himself, hongjoong for sure is there to boost all the confidence. I feel like this group is the most outwardly outspoken on not giving a fuck about differences.

tbh i think they're super open-minded as a group! they've been on a few shows with queer hosts (pungja (transfem comedian) and hoyoung (lucky oppa)) wooyoung san and seonghwa have actually been a unit for both, so i think you'd probably get a kick out of watching them (: hongjoong and mingi have been on a different iteration of pungja's show too i believe
