He lowkey made valid points here tho. Emiya is clearly out of his depth here and she has recognized herself that he is a novice mage. She also saw that he was completely helpless against lancer before she stepped in after being summoned. Despite that, she chooses to carelessly leave emiya behind to go fight some random mf when they could just wait for the enemy to come to them. Luckily for saber, emiya decided to follow her but if he didn’t and stayed behind then what would be stopping lancer from turning around and killing him? Seems like bad decision making to me.

@Jeffrey Daniel Reid she could sense that Lancer left the area so he was not a threat at the moment. She's a warrior and she sensed another servant in the vicinity so she decided to act first before anything happened. Besides what would be there for her to talk to Shiro about that would take a minute cause for her to explain the whole situation it's gonna take longer than a minute.

The same reason most people that don't like her in zero give: her annoying Knight's honor, specially when it clearly put her in a disadvantage. Of course rob plays it up for his heel act bc they are clearly aware people hating on rob pays a part of their Patreon lol but i sorta agree with him, just not on how he expresses it lol

She isnt impulsive bro, the only good point rob brought up was him stopping her while using the command seal. if archer wasnt rins master, then it coulda been bad cuz she coulda got hurt, but she did say dont use it carelessly, she knows she has a rookie master and i thought they had to let it be know a command was going to be used but ig not, so that's thee only thing that was messed up in that situation. But saber cant sense the intentions of other teams so you cant be mad at her for trying to stop Archer and rin before they got closer, it coulda been anyone. she kinda got hoed with her master not knowing anything

I think people mis understand when they say the saber class is the strongest. Each class gives a certain amount of stat boosts when a heroic spirit is summoned. The saber class just gets the most class based stat boost but it doesn't mean saber is the strongest servant. Some servants are so strong before being summoned that the class boost dosent really matter. One example of this is gilgamesh. Even tho he was in a weak class he was the strongest servant in fate zero

first off, she didn't lose lancer launched is best attack which was then blocked causing him to talk trash and then flee the battlefield. So, who's really the coward? Secondly Emiya doesn't even know who was outside so how can saber be impulsive when he doesn't know anything, she accessed the situation to then fight the incoming threat.

A Servant's abilities are also tied to their master's abilities as a mage. Shirou is legit a novice and Kiritsugu isnt even a proper mage. Despite being who she is, her parameters and abilities are not as strong as it could be under someone such as the Tohsakas, who are legit master mages. Saber's that character they use to show the power scaling of the other servants imo. She may not win but she never lost in Fate Zero
