For one of my April pieces.  I'll be drawing the character getting chloroformed by a Team Rocket member!

Since it seems everyone's choosing Sabrina so far, I'm deciding between: the white gloves outfit and the one from the anime where she's in thigh high boots (I love boots).

Well, if it's not the Leaf Green outfit, then I'm sticking with Officer Jenny. Though, if Sabrina should win, I suggest making a second poll where we vote on which outfit we'd want her in...or you could do a variant at some point. Either or.

I agree. I still think the white gloves outfit is the best one. You yourself did a whole piece with that one.

Regardless of who wins, here's another suggestion. Normally, when you draw chloroform scenes, you do the very first moment of initial shock when the lady is first grabbed - what if here, the scene is more like moments before she's passed out and is weak and groggy?

This. I myself am usually much more aroused by chloroform scenes when the damsel's eyes are rolling, on the cusp of closing, etc. When she's giving in to the fumes and about to pass out. Don't get me wrong, I like the wide-eyed initial moment of shock too, but I prefer the damsel looking sleepy and about ready to go under.

I honestly.. have to agree with both Bungle Bing and Mr. DLOT on this one, that is also my favorite part of the "scene" per say and so to get to see it drawn by you would be quite a treat indeed!
