Topic Help - Film Studios (Patreon)

Surprisingly, I haven't made a video about a film studio yet. I have talked about Disney focusing on their acquisitions but that's about it. I'd like to give it a try so I thought I'd come here and ask: 

Which of these film studios would you rather see a video about?

Yup I agree. Hopefully it'll be either Paramount, Columbia or Warner Bros

I think they all sound interesting. Doesn’t matter to me at this point since I know very little on each

Yeah, they all have interesting parts to their story but I don't know of anything that would really elevate one above the others.

Hard to pick but this'll be the kind of thing I love with all their evolutions and permutations. E.g, at some point I guess there was a Warner startup and over here was Time Magazine, and then there was Time Warner and then the AOL Time Warner saga, and the cable company that today has a different name and of course DC Comics is owned by Warner which is now owned by AT&T of all things. Yikes that could be a long episode right there.

Absolutely. Warner was my first thought mostly for those reasons but then I figured I'd aske everyone here to see if there was more interest in one of the other studios.

They all sound good to me too. If the first one gets a good response I may have to start working my way through the rest of them.

As Kevin mentioned, Warner Bros. ownership changes over the years sounds very interesting. Especially with recent news that new owners AT&T seem to be alienating movie makers like Christopher Nolan and James Gunn, who may never work for them again.
