I'm struggling to find good topics for my series on the most hated companies. I've made four of them in the past about Monsanto, Comcast, United Airlines, and Electronic Arts, with one on the way about Bank of America. They usually do pretty well so I'm looking to continue it but I also want to be sure I'm not just taking random companies and picking at them.

Do you have any examples of generally disliked companies that you think would work well as the topic of one of my videos?

Also anyone considered cruise lines? Carnival’s whole business is supposed to be service, and their service is, bad?

Here are a few I know to be hated. 1. Cigna (insurance). 2. CreditOne (Financial-I've experience with this one myself). 3. Nestle (though you might have covered this one?) 4. Starbucks. 5. RyanAir (So hated, there's supposedly a website dedicated to hating it).

Walmart comes to mind. People generally hate shopping there, but it's the only option for most. Many employees dislike working for them because of the low wages, lack of benefits, etc. Another good one might be Apollo Corp (parent of University of Phoenix).

My dad worked for the Texas State Workforce Commission as a lawyer for over 30 years. He would conduct hearings and determine if someone was eligible for unemployment benefits. He hates Walmart. He had some many hearings with them and so many first hand accounts of how horrible they are to their employees that he refuses to go there unless there’s no other choice.

What about Equifax? Considering their data breach problem and how badly they handled it, that would be an interesting one

How about J.P. Morgan and Chase Bank.

CenturyLink - I used to work in the cloud division. Literally every time I went to a party and introduced myself, someone nearby would start telling me how lousy is their home internet, which is great to discuss at a party.

I’ve been reading that Facebook has been a hated company since 2016 (if I recall correctly).

Google/Alphabet Inc. Walmart McDonald's (mainly in the U.S.) Pharmaceutical companies

Bank of America is a good one. Someone else mentioned Bethesda gaming studio, they always over promise and under deliver. I've cut ties with both of these companies myself. Another one might be the two main expedited carriers, FedEx and UPS. Mention these to anyone and it's either love or hate.
