"Imagine a universe where Orochimaru was the Hokage" --- It's interesting. Part 1, they said the Third Hokage passed over him and instead picked the ninja who did become the Fourth Hokage. I wonder what a "good guy" version of Oro would be as Hokage. I imagine it would be maybe more like Urahara from Bleach and less like Mayuri, in that they're all kind of like mad scientist characters? LOL

As NeverL said Orochimaru was in line to get the Hokage position but they chose the 4th. Orochimaru was too sketchy for their liking

After watching a lot of new/airing animes, I forgot how slow paced naruto is. Like bro the unnecessary different camera angles slowly going up or left, characters waiting 10 seconds before saying something. No hate at all to naruto anime(it's literaly one of my favorites, i've watched it 6 times), but damn would i pay for it to also get a remaster like one piece.

There are different speeches but remember that Naruto and One Piece were animes on air week per week wich is the opposite with seasonal animes wich have months and sometimes at least a year of production and even having this amount of many of them fail to deliver an exquisite story in seasons of 12 EPISODES and thats even more sad

It depends. Part 1 OG Naruto moved at a very brisk pace. Naruto Shippuden is a bit uneven. I'd say they figured out their pacing by the third or fourth arc, and then opted for filler seasons when the anime was getting to close to the manga toward the end.

Yh i completly agree with you, just hard to watch, especially this unecessary arc(yes idk what kishimoto's idea was with this one). Shippuden will finaly start to become hyped when ... is killed. Also i'm happy boruto stopped being weekly and will become seasonal, even thought it's been in a hiatus since 2023.

Yh that's true, but i forgot to clarify. It is hard to watch not only because of the horrible pacing(these two episodes were just...not it), but also because this arc is just so bad/boring in my honest opinion. I have no problem starting shippuden of with the orochimaru situation(it has to start with it to stay coherent), but Kishimoto could have done a lot better job of writing. Everytime i rewatch shippuden i'm not even gonna lie, i straight up skip this whole arc till sasuke is back.
