 Can you tell that's Bianca and not just Lady Death? Well, I think Lady Death doesn't have irises... Anyway, this is another in that series of cosplay pinups colored with marker. This was actually based on a pinup of Lady Death taking a shower in a waterfall. Bianca's really not that pale, but the white skin is just as much a part of Lady Death's look as any other part of her design, so let's just say she's wearing waterproof body paint.
