Banana Shortcake: 1-01 R. Mika x Futa-Nadeshiko (Patreon)

I hope you can tell that I've given this page a little extra polish... I actually did the coloring a little differently, since I was trying to make it look a bit more like the coloring style from the games. Lol although I definitely make the girls shinier...

lol I like the look of it, but it takes a lot more time than my usual coloring style, so I don't think I could handle coloring every single page I draw with this much detail.

Although I did take a few shortcuts... in the actual game Nadeshiko actually has the word "Nadeshiko" written on her top, and there are some Japanese Kanji on her back as well, but I couldn't quite tell what those were from the reference i was able to find... it's a bit tricky since the look of everything in this is from a game that hasn't actually come out yet.

I'm actually quite happy that this option won the first poll, because I honestly felt like this was the most interesting suggestion for this first round. I feel like it's an idea that's exciting right now, especially with SFV getting all the hype it has been lately, plus this was a unique take on the characters. Lol I just hope that their personalities aren't drastically different when the game actually comes out...

In the future I'll work on these Banana Shortcake comics sporadically throughout the month, but for this first story I'm going to be trying to get one page of this comic done every other day, so the whole thing should be done in ten days. In the future these comics will be posted between chapters, but just to help give people an idea of what I'm going for the latest chapter of BCC will actually be paused later this month to post this page publicly. 

When the comic goes up on the main site I'll start up the poll again to decide which short story will be worked on next. I think I'm going to take a couple of the options that were particularly unpopular off of the poll next time around, but on the other hand I'm still open to story suggestions, so if you have an idea for a short story you'd like to see drawn go ahead and post it in the comments or send me a message and if I think I can handle the story idea I'll add it to the poll options.
