Hey everyone!  Here I am with more Mob Psycho 100 - episode 6 of the third season!!!!  OMG!!!!!!!  Dimple :((((((  So, he really did just get carried away, like a really extreme version of how Mob's ego got earlier in the season.  And Mob was able to stand before him as a friend and tell him he's here for him!!!!!!!  Wow....that act of friendship, only to be followed up by a SACRIFICE!!!!  Ugh, I knew there was gonna be more to it with the tree.  Dimple was MVP here, doing all he could to protect Mob, but in the end, he had to be taken out along with the tree to protect everyone.  It's tragic that Mob doesn't know, yet he KNOWS.  :'(  Really hoping this isn't the last we see of Dimple though!  Wow!  Great ep!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

Hi Hime :) Haven't seen your reaction yet (as you'd expect), haven't read your impression either, but just want to say that this episode is a master class and I already feel there will be watery eyes at the end of the episode.

Dimple is the only one who doesn't hold back and is sincere with Shigeo. Despite all the friends he's made along the way, Dimple is ultimately his first true friend. Studio Bones didn't have to go so hard on animation for the fight, but I'm not complaining, Dimple was freaking cool. The colors, the fluidity, the imagery, a huge flex from the studio. Dimple who with his brainwashing shows up in his old guise, rather than his godly appearance, partly destroys for not alerting Shigeo. The scene where Shigeo continues to move forward as we hear Dimple's fight in the background. The final scene of Shigeo realizing what happened. It's not only with the animation of the fight that the studio is going strong... This episode is all about what make Mob Psycho so great, at 100%.

It seems that at the end of the day, all of Dimple’s plotting, scheming, and basic overall shenanigans were nothing to him if he didn’t have someone to share in the mayhem. Loneliness can be a powerful motivator. His “god form” was missing limbs when he sent Shigeo out of the tree, so it’s pretty clear he’d already expended a good amount of the energy he had. As for what that means for later, who knows…? It seems like he’s lifting the tree itself into space or something, or at least taking it away so that it can’t affect people. I don’t know if Dimple’s just going on a long journey to get rid of this thing or that really was his last move… it’s hard to tell. But this wouldn’t be the first time something incredibly dramatic happened on this series and then was immediately followed up with some crazy plot twist… Either way… is it time to start using “friend” as a trigger word in this channel? 😅

I know, that's so true!! Yeah, they didn't have to but they did and it was amazing. Loved it! So many great scenes here!! So true, this is what Mob Psycho is all about!!! 100%!!!!

That's the thing, it didn't mean much without someone to share it with! Good call about the limbs! I'm not sure, but I hope he comes back! Yeah, space was one of my thoughts too. Oh yeah, it for sure wouldn't be the first plot twist!!! OMG I will start just curling up in a ball and crying whenever I hear the word "friend" soon :O
