Hey everyone! Here I am with Red vs. Blue, season 11, eps 13 - 15! WOW!!! Lot going on here! I am SO proud of my man Wash for doing the hard thing and have heart to heart conversations with his team! It can't be easy to adapt to the team dynamic again, try to be leader, etc. but he's really getting there :) I'm so glad we didn't do anything to hurt Freckles now, because shoot, we're gonna need him!
Not sure what's going on with CC lol, I'll have to keep an eye on the crew's Basebook updates to learn more. :P But yeah, Locus and Felix seem to know each other, Felix is on our side, Locus is not but wants to recruit, etc.....not sure what the heck is going on but it's heating up for sure!!! Next time: finale!!! Great eps! Enjoy! ~ MH

I get more and more excited for each batch of episodes

Google is being a jerk. I keep trying to download (or even just watch without downloading) and it says the “view limit has been reached”. What does that even mean?

kamenriderhime

Weird!!! Sometimes that can mean that too many people have watched it and the bandwidth is exceeded, but I find that hard to believe since this just went up this morning! Can you try logging out/back in to your Google account if you have one? And/or try using a different device? Sorry about that!

The filler arc continues. That's sort of a joke, but I did skip season 11 the last 2 times I rewatched the show. Actually, I'd forgotten that Tucker was the first person to shoot Locus's troops, not Washington. I hadn't forgotten Lopez talking about a 20 hour story in 5 minute intervals, that line still makes me smile to this day.

One of the more clever things the humor on this show does is how they make it relatable - case in point, the jabs about social media. Also yes, I remember the days when the internet was that slow. I don’t ever want to go back. Washington is obviously the center focus of this batch - but it’s more for the realization he comes to than anything else. See, the Blues, including himself, are so focused on what they lost they haven’t taken a look around to see what they actually have. I’d talk a bit about the Reds but I’m super terrified that Grif’s junk is going to be thrown into my room next… I should mention this, technically he hasn’t introduced himself in the show yet but the captions kind of did that for him. The character you know as Felix, is voiced by Miles himself. You know that guy who does Jaune. :) I’d continue to talk here but two things are happening - Basebook so t let me download your reactions fast enough and I think the smart appliances in the house might be actually making fun of me now… 👀

I loved that episode. I felt tension between Tucker and Wash but I didn’t think it would be addressed this way. Mm I know Tucker would never say this but I knew he missed his buddy. Wash giving Caboose his old helmet was also very sweet. It’s a great unexpected surprise for us too. 💙 And man that ending. A lot of cross cross apple sauces here. So he’s recruiting them, yet the other dude Felix isn’t much of a fan and is protecting them? Odd turn of events.

kamenriderhime

Lol!! I can see how it's definitely more of a break from what was going on the last few seasons for sure. Oh, I'm glad you noticed/remembered something on the rewatch! Hahahah the line from Lopez was great!!!!!! So meta (no pun intended) :)

kamenriderhime

Hahah yes! That's so true about the jokes being relatable! Oof, dial up! That's a good point about Wash's realization. It was done really well! Hahahaha you never know where Grif's stuff might end up! OMG NO WAAAYYYYYYY that's Jaune?! I thought he sounded kinda familiar but he's clearly not doing Jaune voice here! LOL those appliances think they're so smart?!?!?! Hahahaha :P

2023-02-10 21:50:27 Sorry this is a little late but for the Season 11 soundtrack there is only one lyrical track, Contact by Trocadero. It is very subtle about who or what it's about, and there is another version of it that you will listen to after you finish Season 13. But I'll let you figure it out. 2023-02-11 07:42:03 Great set of episodes and reaction. I love the commentary on social media. Also bad day Simmons has been having a bad couple of years LOL. It’s just our group’s luck that the guy in orange armor would get into contact with one person who can’t talk to the others about being in danger. I love the meta comment from Lopez about their story being 20 hours long but only told in 5 minute intervals. I think it was so great to see Washington and Tucker talk about Church. After how often they clashed & argued it’s heartwarming to hear Tucker call Church his friend. I’m glad the show addressed how hurt Tucker was by the way Church left. I love how Wash helped him deal with his emotions with the relatable stuff about being the worst of the freelancers. I think the line about just trying is really great and something I think is important for Tucker as a character especially thinking about where he started. The whole Grif’s mess joke is fantastic. The way Lopez messes with Sarge without him realizing it is an amazing joke LOL. The best moment of this set was definitely Washington’s heart to heart with Caboose. It was very well acted and emotional. It’s great to see him come to terms with Church leaving. The gift of the helmet was very sweet on Wash’s part and the interactions with freckles are always hilarious. The attack starting so quickly is a surprise but knowing there is this giant operation it makes sense. Locus & Felix knowing each other is very interesting and I think it’s interesting that the set ends on a confusing note. Our group needs some answers. Interesting thoughts from you at the end of the reaction. Awesome reaction & keep up the great work. :-) <3
