Hey everyone!  Here it is - Part 2 of Gotchard vs. Legend!!!  WHOA!!!!  We're keeping up all the energy, nostalgia and greatness of the first part in this one!  Hotaro gets gorgeous lessons (and fails), W shows up (!!!!) and we have a little backstory for Kaguya that even includes Decade.  I really hope they make a Part 3, I enjoyed this story a lot!!!!  Great ep!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

I believe this is the last episode of the series. But there is a rumor that Legend will appear in the main series with a certain vehicle. Although no confirmation, the Chemy Card of Legend is seems to match with unknown Vehicle attribute card call Gigantliner. But that name is still only what programmed into the driver, it maybe something appear in another spinoff too. Also, Decade's voice line is voice by Masahiro (Tsukasa's actor) himself!

It seems you've forgotten Kamen Rider Barlckxs, he was the other "Tokiwa Sougo" from the Zi-O movie who was part of Quartzer the organization that Woz worked for and they tried to kill the real Tokiwa Sougo so Barlckxs could take his place as the King of Time.

P.s. if you ever get time to watch more specials, I highly recommend watching the 3 Kamen Rider Shinobi spinoff episodes as they're great, especially since we recently got a Shinobi and Kamen Rider Tycoon crossover spinoff episode (which you should also watch).

I'm not going to lie, hearing Fourze's "rocket on" immediately made me smile out of nostalgia. He wasn't my first Kamen Rider, but my second so he still has a certain place in my heart. I couldn't help but smile for the finisher with the two, seeing as Kaguya is on Hotaro's shoulder, we can say that he's a Kamen Rider... rider.

I see other people already pointed out Barlckxs, but a fun nibbit I think most people would miss is that he’s actually played by the same actor as Storius from Saber!

Hey there. It's not surprising you forgot him, that rider that looked like Zi-O is Kamen Rider Barlckxs. He is the dark rider that only appeared in Zi-O's movie. During that time, his true identity is Tokiwa SOUGO, an alternate version of Sougo (Zi-O) who is the leader of Quartzer. But this time, it is an unnamed man portrayed by the actor who played Storius from Saber! He also directed short videos for Gotchard before the first ep was aired. Let's talk about this spin-off series. The catchphrase for the special is "Reiwa Rider? 100 Years Too Early!" The catchphrase for the special is a callback to Kamen Rider Decade, which instead of Reiwa and 100 years, it was Heisei and 10 years. This special marks the first time of the term "Aurora Curtain" to be used in-universe outside of supplementary material. The opening sequence of the special where half of every main Rider's face from Kuuga-Gotchard is flashing over Legend's face is a reference to the one present in the opening visuals of the original Decade series where it was every main rider's face from Kuuga-Decade flashing over Tsukasa's face. The placement of the faces are also mirrored whereas Decade had all the faces be on the left side while Legend has it on his right side. The thing is, Kamen Rider Decade had no planned lines when his appearance was originally scripted and filmed. However, in order to enhance the significance of the scene where a young Kaguya is rescued by Decade, the production team had reached out to Masahiro Inoue to have him reprise his role, who agreed to record additional dialogue. That's how Gorgeous it is! And now for... It’s a little easier to “keep track” of the side stuff with the current fan publisher we’re using, they seem to be a little more on top of things than some previous ones. They did mention they’d dub the crossover movie coming up when it came to BluRay. Theatrical release is 12/22. So I’m doing this reaction first because it’s quicker, and it’s just kind of a fun one off. Also, are they hitting all all of your series that missed the reaction window? Kinda seems that way. “Double! OOO!” “Oh I like OOO too…” Ten seconds later… “Hang on a second…!” Hey you asked for Double! Something occurred to me, if I recall, didn’t Zi-O establish that there is a separate world for each Kamen Rider? And this could be kind of a play on that idea? Not to mention the whole Barclxs and Butler (Zi-O and Woz) thing. I only know about Decade from Zi-O but I gathered he’s kind of… an enigma? You never really know what he’s thinking. As far as future stuff, I am recalling that side stuff did show up in Saber and it wouldn’t surprise me if it happened here, too. Seems like Kaguya is far too flashy to just fade into the ether. But time will tell. 👀

Ahhh yes it seems I did! Sorry, and thanks for being patient about it! It was a little while ago :P I've been dying to see Shinobi for like YEARS!!!! No kidding about the crossover!!! I really watch Kamen Rider took breaks so I had more time to catch up on all these fun specials!!!

OMG I love all those fun facts and details, and I really love that they actually got Decade's actor back for that brief cameo! It's gorgeous for sure! Thanks for the Chemy-dex update too!!!

Yeah they've been on top of it! HAHAHAHA I was literally just saying they should give me W and then I go and almost miss it :P Oh yeah I think they're playing on that idea of separate worlds for Riders for sure (that was a big thing in Decade too. Fun fact - Decade was such a short series that fans have dubbed Zi-O Decade season 2 lol!). I'm hoping we get some references to this too, like they've done in the past like you said! Guess we'll see!!!

I just realize something. Legend use the legend riders power by transforming into them. Transforming into Den-O summoning the DenGasher and the Gorgeous Den-Liner, but what did his Gorgeous Decade form did? Legend... but Magenta?
