Hey everyone!  Here I am with season 2, episode 4 of Camp Camp!!!  Oh dang guys, I was not ready for Jermy Fartz!!!!  I was trying soooooo hard to be nice but gross stuff grosses me out soooo much.....!!!!!  What a time to take on a camper like him, when the fate of the whole camp is at stake (again) lol.  I can't believe it was David who was finally mean!!!!!!!  Omg noooo!!!  Maybe the real lesson here is that Jermy Fartz was really the best camper all along????  Great ep, enjoy!  ~ MH

I'M CAUGHT UP!!!!!! I'm so glad you're enjoying these. Jermy Fartz is a hard episode to get through for sure lol especially if you're grossed out easily (I'm with you there). Looking forward to the rest of this season! One of my favorite episodes is this season. Edit: My favorite character is Max and my favorite camper is Nikki!

YAY!!!!!!!!! So glad you're caught up!!! I'm having a blast with them! Hahaha this was a tough one for sure, I'm glad you can relate about gross stuff!!! I can't wait for more too! Ohhhh those are good choices!!

I love episode 3 & I think it’s great that you love Nerris’s character because I think she’s an endearing character and I agree her voice is cute. I love that this whole adventure starts because Max wants some dice for gambling. About you saying should the kids be watching GOT to be fair should these kids be doing most of what they are doing? The rivalry & passive aggressiveness between Harrison & Nerris is really entertaining to watch throughout the episode especially because of the voice acting. Some of their insults are savage. Also the Quartermaster just having a glowing prophecy on hand is just… It’s so funny LMAO. I love the characters fully investing into the fantasy/DND aspect of this adventure & I like how all the roles fit the characters except for Harrison because Nerris is kind of petty LOL. I really like Neil being an alchemist because it brings up the cool fact that alchemy is the forerunner of chemistry. These kids have great imagination after what we learn at the end of the episode & I love how they all but particularly Nerris are able to view things through a fantasy lens it’s fun. She’s also awesome with that moment of protecting Neil & her 20 sided ass kicking line is as cool as it is hilarious. You may have forgotten but that eyepatch squirrel is the one who swore revenge on the Quartermaster after he killed it’s King in the 2nd episode of S1. If you didn’t know when mining was more dangerous & less safe they used canaries to see if new mineshafts were hazardous. I might be wrong but I believe Nerris was speaking Yiddish when she made Neil “blind” & I think the writers chose to make her Jewish because Barbara is Jewish. Also it was blindness instead of kindness because of her lisp. I like how sassy Neil gets once he is “blind”. I love that Harrison is using Sith lightning & Nerris uses a Kamehameha when they have their wizard duel. We actually get a good lesson that cooperation is important & the real evil is hating each other. The reveal that this was all make-believe is good & I like that it almost got you. Obviously the ending is not canon but I love how nonchalant Quartermaster is about as he puts it the “end times” LOL. Finally for once no animals died in this show just to put your worries at ease. I probably will say less about episode 4 because I also don’t like gross humor. However if you are going to use that type of humor I guess you should fully lean into it? The wood scouts constantly trying & failing to win the camp is entertaining. This bet was definitely a bad idea on David’s part. But of course on the day they are trying to be nice the grossest kid you could imagine shows up. Jeremy(I refuse to see the actual name I’m sorry) is so unbelievably gross you really can’t blame Max for thinking this was some sort of sabotage. Unfortunately Jeremy is somehow real with a lot of weird stories and medical/physical features. It’s uncomfortable to watch Jeremy be himself but I guess it’s like watching a train wreck in action. This is the kind of person who does make it hard to be nice but I think we should commend this particular group of campers especially Max for showing restraint. Also Nikki trying her hardest to not laugh at all of the shenanigans involving Jeremy is cute. Petrol just lurking around menacingly wanting to catch them being mean is hilarious to me. We all know what Max was going to say when Jeremy was doing his performance which is actually slang for a mundane object in the UK but something much worse in America. And even if it was for a wrong kind of joke it does make me think about how interesting it is that there is country specific slang. It’s hilarious to see all the kids dog pile Max to stop him from saying something offensive which it looks like would not be something he would say normally it’s just a result of his normal personality being suppressed for the day. It is crazy that David was the one who lost them the bet but I think that makes it a very funny joke. You know I kind of get Max feeling relief now that he can curse because I genuinely think cursing can reduce stress. The fact that David can’t think of anything to say except sometimes with what happened says a lot & honestly there are people out there that are hard to say nice things about so staying quiet is probably the best thing to do. I agree the meta aspect of the episode with the best camper thing is really interesting because it’s probably based on conversations in from this shows fans at least to some degree. My favorite camper is either Max, Nikki or Space Kid but Ered, Harrison & Nurf are up there as well. Awesome reaction, thoughts & keep up the great work. :-) <3
