Happy Christmas, Patron-O-Jects!!!

I'm stumbling off to bed, but I thought I'd leave y'all with this as a nice little Christmas Morning treat!

Winry gets a chance to tune up Ed's automail for the cold while Major General Armstrong sends a team into the tunnel to find their missing soldiers.

Meanwhile back at Central, Hawkeye learns an unsettling truth about young Selim Bradley while Mustang receives a coded message (and a whoooooole lot'a flowers).

Kimblee also reveals the true nature of his trip to Briggs which comes with some unsettling instructions for Ed... along with some serious temptation..

Join me for another fascinating installment of FMA:B!!!

This series has so many characters with their own unique motivations and Kimblee's manages to stick out the most. His goal is so vastly different from everyone else that at times he appears to be one of those cliche villains. In reality he has no real allegiance to anyone but himself and he's doing what he feels he needs to do to get the answers he wants. I also appreciated the communication between Ed, Al, and Winry. There was a lot that they had to pick up from each other at the end without it ever being said out loud. They managed to get one over on Kimblee at a crucial time. Thought the Pride reveal was great. The look on your face during the Pride and Hawkeye conversation tells the whole story there. Olivier is a scene stealer. Despite her being introduced well into the series she is one of my favorite characters. Her sense of leadership is unquestionable. Hope you had a great Christmas and I hope you're doing well in general. Both of you guys work so hard to bring us content so I hope you got some time to kick back and relax a bit.

I like the little hint Bradley’s wife gives right before the Selim reveal, she tells Hawkeye “He’s the pride of my life.”

2021-07-15 05:22:47 Seriously! This series in particular continues to impress me with just the sheer range of thought put into its world and characters. And in an ironic sort of way, Kimblee was one of my favorite surprises of this episode, despite how hatable he is lol. I love that they found a way to make some weird type of sense out of what appears on the surface like one-note villainy. Such a cool turn. Good call on the Ed/Al/Winry dynamics as well! Through this show and especially just talking back and forth with you guys, I've really come to appreciate a lot of the direction that goes into things like this. And those kinds of moments are great example of that. And yessss haha that whooole sequence with Pride made my skin crawl (as you saw lol). And while I thought something could be up with that character, I was not expecting something quite that unnerving, so kudos to them. Feel like there's a good chance Olivier will make my favorite-characters list as well - even though she's only been on a few episodes, I'm always looking forward to more of her scenes/story. And just that iron-clad sense of leadership. Love that they even take the time to explore that aspect from multiple angles. Thanks again for watching along with me & I really appreciate the kind wishes! It's been a bit of a busy holiday what with things going on here and at home, juggling trips n all that, but we've both found some good time to chill and see family n all that stuff. As our operation grows into the future, things'll get a little less tight, but as it stands, it's been a good Christmas :) and y'all's kindness and support has helped to make it even more so. Hope you're doing well, yourself, and enjoying the holidays also!!
