I was just as shook at that drop as you were when I watched this the first time lol But I really do love this song - it gives me more hope for Billie as an artist and a person, because she's just *so* young and I was afraid she'd wind up going the way so many young artists do and wind up flaming out way before her time, but this makes me feel like she has her shit together so much more than I gave her credit for, and I think she's going to go to some really interesting places from here. Also, the video is just stunning - it reminds me almost of like Studio Ghibli mixed with just a bit of trippy 70s psychedelica with the growing plants and even a bit of Disney (with the water drops on the leaves). I love the fat little frog guy, too ha!

Depending on your taste, I actually preferred the tone she had in the beginning if it stayed on throughout. However, it’s like “Everything I wanted”, took a few listens to absorb the flow. I’m a huge Billie Eilish fan, I’d love to see her live!
