The ones who start out smart are never the ones who get recognized, Tomokazu. It still bugs me that he’s literally the only character in this story (apart from Nate) that we’ve never seen in or under the water. I can appreciate that what most of us are here for are extremely adept female free divers, but I think it could stand to humanize Tomo a bit by putting him in the water with Saki. He’s never going to outlast her, even with an air tank, but we’ve seen him helping her train! We’ve even seen him in swim trunks, just never in the water. There’s plenty of girls already, if you really need a reason have him develop a crush on the swim team captain! Otherwise, with her grades taken care of for the moment, I think it’s time for the girls to head back underwater. Maybe we could finally see Aya and Saki introduce Eri to the Yaeyama-Maru from the inside, if you know what I mean.

(Whisper) Actually, I've always had an evil idea about Tomo: He is actually a girl! But Tomo was mistaken for a boy at birth, which is known as congenital female pseudohermaphroditism...... Next, Tomo will know that because of breast development or bleeding from lower body...... Then after treatment Tomo also qualified to be a sea priestess...... I'm thinking this because when he first came out in AGMG I hope he is Saki's young sister (Although Tomokazu is a male's name), but his gender was determined in AGVG...... And I always knew not everyone is comfortable with the idea...
