Okay I teared up when Daniel and Ronald reunited but I will never get over him saying he’s going to make them stay there… he was also v obviously purposefully screwing up his visa interview. Also that room for Daniel had no windows :/

Haha!! HSN & QVC! I so get it! I watch them too! I once was super Stoney and was watching this woman named Tova and people claimed her perfume was the best ever! Don’t watch these channels stones! It’s like shopping munchies! I ended up calling-yes, calling that’s how long ago it was, and ordering the largest bottle of the most amazing perfume on the planet. Such a buzz kill. It stank.

Genuine question for any mom sissies- (no judgement / shade intended!) is there a reason kalani wouldn’t be able to pump ahead and store her milk in order to spend one night without her kids? Or is that just a personal choice/ maybe a cultural thing?

Speaking for myself only (3 kids 9-27). I did sleep training between 6-9 months then they slept through the night, and still breastfeed till over a year old. I think Kalani's kids are going to have a rough time ever learning to sleep on their own, fall asleep or go back to sleep by themselves for a really long time. Yes, she very well could've pumped, but her kids are acclimated to sleeping with her all night and nursing on demand. That's ok if that's your thing, but it sure doesn't leave any kind of space for a partner in your bed.

I breastfed but found pumping really hard. I just couldn't get a lot of milk out using a pump. So maybe it doesn't come naturally to Kalani. Or maybe her kids won't accept a bottle/beaker and want their milk straight from the boob because it's their comfort.

I ended up bottle feeding pretty quickly but pumping is a huge PITA. It’s like the worst of both worlds almost. Double the time (need time for pumping AND then to actually feed the child, and cleaning cuz now you have pump stuff to clean AND bottles). But yea it can be done usually! And it’s handy to have extra milk in the freezer especially if you’re trying to save your marriage lol but who knows the deal.
