Julia Garner is going to be Shalla-Bal, an alternate version of the Silver Surfer in the new Fantastic 4 movie. The cast is interesting and its going to take place in the 60s so won't impact this universe per say...So? It'll also be interesting to see, because I wasn't a lover of the 2015 one (that's just me personally, I know some who did like it, so I'd recommend it to compare now with these two, and for later) I hope they get it right this time! Kevin Feige was also involved in the X-men 2000 trilogy (His first Marvel involvements) and Ben Affleck's Daredevil. They've gotten away with the Cap being Johnny Storm here, because via Endgame they altered the timeline so technically? It is a different universe lol but they are bringing them in again properly SO it will be in the same alternate universe (I'd assume) just like when Eddie Brock was pulled into it via Dr Strange 2/Venom: Let there be carnage and were blipped also...So? Its just the same as well, as having a different Reid in the second Dr Strange movie and now we're going to have a 4th version (If you want to add Reid from the 2015 one too) Just like the 3 Spider-men. That damn multiverse lol makes you too confused for its own good! So, I think I'm right given the multiverse we're dealing with now! Just keep remembering Endgame and the ''snap'' where it started in 2018, but ended up five years ahead, so ended up in 2023, when we weren't even in 2023 then, BUT we are past there now, so it kinda made it a totally different timeline and catches up to now, 2024. Doctor Strange 2, and What if and the possibilities AND lastly, ''The void'' from Loki. This is how they can have RDJ play Doom too via that Marvel comic book version. I hope this makes sense! They're just trying to fix other companies versions and Marvel's (now Disney run ones) and gelling the two I guess, to bring the above examples together, for the next phase, and allowing alternates, to do so. Feige, having worked on these originals, will hopefully help to do so too with the Russo brothers. (Kinda like the new, working with the old, to come together as one) Our ones like this Venom, even Wolverine and the X-Men, (Ironic considering in the comics, Storm was even married to king T'Challa, Black Panther iirc) and Fantastic 4, weren't in the official Marvel until now. Professor X in Strange 2 with Reid brought them in. Sorry JV if this is too long and rambling, I just hope it helps to make sense of the multiverse confusion! I always love though that Stan Lee supported, even the non-official Marvel movies by appearing in them himself showing support. He really was a legend. RIP Stan!

As for Johnny and Sue's parents? According to comic book lore, their mother, Mary Storm, died in an automobile accident. Their father, Franklin Storm, a doctor, failed to save her. Franklin descended into booze and gambling, eventually winding up in a penitentiary for murder.

I wish people would understand and face the facts sadly The Fantastic Four are Comic Book characters only and are not meant to be transferred to the movie screen. Marvel cancelled them themselves at one point cause they aren’t cool….i say don’t watch the 2015 cause its that bad, i rather you spend the time for that film on something else worth sitting down for

They weren't considered not cool, hence they even tried to remake it - Badly. The remake wasn't cool imo. They've always had a huge fanbase. However, Marvel sold the rights to them in the 90s because they weren't making money (It was Blade who gave it new life iirc) but they also sold the rights to the X-men as well. Coolness had nothing to do with it :) They cancelled the sequel to the 2015 one, not the franchise itself. Fox ruined it, not Marvel. I hope Marvel bring it back to its full potential. Many of the comic book characters are hard to portray into movies. It doesn't mean, especially with todays tech, that they can't be or shouldn't be imo - Stan Lee was also was a executive producer on all 3 movies. So? He can't have thought himself that they were never meant to be a movie, with respect :)
