I think this page is a good callback to the Breeder hounds in one of the earlier lore pages. The women are in sensory deprivation suits and cannot hear, see, or speak. They can only feel through the exposed portions of their fabric. It becomes the only interaction they receive and they become eager for it. Especially after spending time in the isolation chambers which are built like honey combs within the walls. The chambers would have artificially high mana concentrations to help them gestate mana crystals. A precious commodity used in most magic item creation. 

Altagracia and a few of the other women here are unsuited. Allowed the freedom of sensation and have become docile with the need of human connection. If this comic were to have a part two, that mental transition is what I would have focused on.
