Detailed version

Since I've been completely overwhelmed with personal matters and new releases, I'm adjusting the schedule so I can deliver content I am proud of in a healthy way.

To be totally transparent with you all, one of my dear friend that I've been accompanying for a long time in their difficult health journey, is currently at the hospital and received the sudden news of a very invasive surgery that will change their whole life in a way that requires a lot of emotional support and acceptance. So I decided to take Sunday off to be with them in these difficult times since they'll be allowed one last activity day before the procedures.

My mother has undergone knee replacement surgery and I've also been taking care of her. However I'm happy to say that the surgery went well ! And for those who don't already know my partner also has been fighting chronic leukemia for years. So the hospital, fighting for medication and getting the right treatment is a common occurrence in my life.

Luckily I'm very healthy myself, but being surrounded by the bravest souls ever makes me grateful everyday. This is also another reason why I work many jobs and am doing my best in my studies so I can provide for those I love. We're a team here and I wake up everyday to fight as hard as they are.

I'm very very lucky and fortunate to have a community that give me purpose and a beautiful way to find joy in my work.

Fitness tier schedule

The new workout calendar will be released on December 3rd. The workouts of December will be with our boy Lyney from Genshin !

HOWEVER here's the novelty:

• This month, we're going to inspire our workouts from pole fitness !

  Our trainer will be showing you guys how to build upper and abdominal strength while staying elegant and serving.

• There will be 2 versions of these workouts, a pole version and one only with the mats for accessibility!
