This month, we're going to inspire our workouts from pole fitness with Lyney!

Our trainer will be showing you guys how to build upper and abdominal strength.

There will be 2 versions of these workouts, one on a pole and one only with the mats ! Paired with that will be workouts that will make you dance !

Because Pole fitness is all about elegance and finding fun in movements.

Instructions:

Make sure to:

  • download the workout calendar PDF below in the attachment of this post! This calendar is interactive! It will allow you to click the day of your workout and access it directly!

So how does it work:

  • 1. First, download the Workout Calendar PDF in the attachments of this post (the digital version is clickable and the links will directly lead you to your workouts, and printing it is also a good way to motivate yourself by checking the days that were done)

  • 2. Make sure you have your mat, pole and weights are optional, a towel, and a water bottle to stay hydrated.

And that's it! You have to do the workouts of the day 3 times each! See the instruction part for more information.

Yasss, been looking forward to this one since it was teased earlier in the year :D Been having a lot of fun with the past few months mixing things up with the presentation/style of workouts! Also, out of curiosity, how do you have your pole set up, is it a tension pole or bolted in place?
