I'm really happy that you like this so much. For many years, this was THE Taiwanese BL. Along with History 3- Trapped. It's one of my favorite BL's of all time. It's a bit cringey at first to see how over the top the characters are, but the honesty, the rawness of how much they feel soon becomes endearing.

The developing relationships are coming along. It's not that everything is sunshine and unicorns but more good than bad. Daniel mentioned "rawness" and that's a great description. I was saddened by the scene where A-Hao (Xiang Hao Ting) breaks up with his girlfriend Li Si Yu. She was a tough character to like at times but he ended it with her in a cruel manner and no one really deserves to be so unkindly abandoned. It was more telling of his character, his immaturity, but also that he was so gaga about Yu Xi Gu that nobody else mattered. The Bro-group reading the Yaoi books was such a cool moment to include. They were funny as well when they acknowledged Sun Bo while on the basketball court only to find out about A-Hao too. What was interesting at the end of that scene was A-Hao just generalized his sexuality for the understanding of his friends when earlier in the episode he clarified with Sun Bo that the only guy he liked was Yu Xi Gu. Couple fun facts: The twins in Bro-group go by their real names in this show. (According to mydramalist.com) The actor, Cindy Chi, playing Liu Mei Fang, who A-Hao convinced to share pics of Yu Xi Gu in the library, is also in the recently debuted HIStory 4.
