if you rewatch the series with the knowlegde about Kayano you will notice certain things about her

Some Hints you have missed: 1. The first time Shirou visited the class he looks at Kayano but she instantly looks away so we thought he's looking at Nagisa instead 2. In the Takebayashi OVA when Takebayashi destroyed the "Best Principal Award" we heard that another Student did this in the Past. That was Kayano who did this to get straight into the E Class

Just a little thing. There was a slight mistranslation when Karma said the teacher came to his house even when he was on suspension. The subtitle said “he” referring to Koro-sensei but actually Karma was talking about Yukimura-sense, I think lol. I mean for one thing Koro-sense didn’t go to his house when he was on suspension.

Whoever was upset that the bros didn't take the giant pudding episode more seriously, this is the episode youre supposed to bring it up. That episode is another episode about ridiculous antics without this reveal. Saying anything beforehand was nothing more than a soft spoiler.

The manga had frames sprinkled throughout where you could just barely see her tentacles behind her hair. After the reveal the author pointed these two out and said there were many more that even he forgot about. https://prnt.sc/z13hnd https://prnt.sc/z14du1

The biggest thing I noticed as far as hints go is that she said she had plenty more "wibbly-wobbly" blades in the pudding episode. I thought that was super weird when I heard it for the first time.
