highly highly recommend you watch ‘Mary and George’ starring Nicholas Galitzine, Julianne Moore and Tony Curran - 7 episodes in total and it is absolutely amazing!

If you want to go the Pride themed route... Could do Pose. A 3 season show, hour long eps. Or The Sex Lives of College Girls. If you want to go for a long show. BEING HUMAN (US version) or Shameless (US) or Charmed (OG series) or A Discovery of Witches

I suggest the US versions of Being Human and Shameless bc I know the BBC has theirs, but everyone tends to prefer the US versions better

Mary and George (limited series) would be a great one for you and I’d also like to highly recommend Our Flag Means Death. Two seasons, short episodes, beautiful & funny story (takes 4 episodes to get really settled in).

Since you like sci-fi and star-trek, then I would highly recommend For All Mankind. One of the producers from Star-Trek TNG/DS9 is behind the show. And you can definitely feel the influence. It's also one of the show that doesn't have much reactions since it's not super mainstream.

If you havent watched Buffy then I highly recommend it. Besides that some shows that would be fun to watch you react to are Fringe ( crazy sci fi- amazing characters, the plot twists omg ), Grimm ( this is so much fun and so original ), 12 Monkeys ( wow what a ride, time travel and just mind blowing storytelling ), The Good Place ( its epic, the end ). Other shows I'd rec but not sure if they are up your alley are: Prison Break, Person Of Interest, Orphan Black oooor if you like procedural crime dramas then there's Criminal Minds - its long af though but so good.

For All Mankind is really good. For the sheer fun of rewatching the show that helped me keep my sanity through the UK lockdown, Schitts Creek. Especially season 3 when Patrick enters the show.

Because I haven’t seen it recommended yet, I think Dead Boy Detectives is right up your alley and would be great to add to your list. It’s fun and camp and supernatural and queer. Only 8 episodes though.
