Here it is. My very last commission sketch from the batch I took on over a year ago. Sgt. Rita "Rose" Vrataski, Emily Blunt's character from The Edge of Tomorrow.

This was kind of a tough one as I ended up having to stylize her a bit to fit my um... well, style, but I think she still came out pretty fun; I don't often draw sour, aggressive characters. Just rewatched the movie this past weekend. Still holds up! Going back in time and changing a few things sounds pretty enticing this week too. Haha.

Anyhoo, with this final one done I'll be able to start offering some new commission opportunities again. Probably as some sort of lotto system. Bare with me though. I need a short break. Last month nearly burnt me out and my poor drawing hand is still trying to recover. Still on a 50-60 page-a-month schedule for graphic novel colors too. But it won't be that long. Promise. Plus SuperBatober paintings will go up in my shop soon for those looking to own some original art. Hopefully this weekend!

Lovely! Also, I apparently chose a good time to jump on as a paid member.

This is amazing! Takes a lot of skill to walk that cute/badass line, and you did it perfectly.

I saw this movie with my wife’s family when it was in theaters and fully expected it to be a “pretty mess” and was SO surprised that it was so good!

You nailed it! Shame this didn't hit it bigger at the box office, still rewatch it every so often on Netflix. Original manga is pretty good too!

Same! I felt it really warranted a sequel. There were a few lingering questions I had.

Edge of Tomorrow is one of my favorite action movies, and Rita Vrataski one of my favorite action heroes. That being said, I can't believe I didn't think to commission Rita from you, and you did a great job to make her fit in with your style.
