I should say she's inspired by AB's character from the Wes Craven Swamp Thing movie rather than an explicit likeness. No one particularly springs to mind who I haven't already based a character on!

Well, the story in my head is that Anna isn't fully aware that she's the swamp creature, and that She-Hulk has already had to fight her once already.
