Honestly my response would be to say I’ll listen to what this therapist has to say but ultimately we feel what we feel and nothing is going to change that. And if I have to wait till I’m not beholden to anyone(becoming a free adult) then I will and hope that my family won’t completely abandon us

I'm sure the headshrinker is probably gonna give Lincoln and Lynn a blunt reality check on their relationship. Yikes! It's not gonna be pretty. 😮‍💨😥 Honestly, it's better for these love birds to just run away and start a new life together. To find happiness as a couple and to not bring any grief to their friends or family anymore. It's worth sacrificing for.

I know Rita and Lynn Sr. think they are trying to do what's best for Lincoln and Lynn. But it just feels like they're trying to justify in their minds that there must be some reason - any reason - as to why their son and daughter are in a romantic relationship together. But, as Lincoln and Lynn keep saying, these feelings just developed and happened on their own. It's a very simple and honest truth; there's no ulterior motive behind that explanation. But I'm guessing they will at least hear this psychologist out, if only just to appease their parents. However, I'm sure Lincoln and Lynn already know this is a lose-lose situation - having this third party put their two cents in and just parrot back how this relationship is all wrong, and you need to reevaluate yourselves and your feelings, et cetera, et cetera. I just feel this won't make a difference - judgment has already been passed and no amount of psychoanalyzing will undo all of that.

They tried controlling their feelings and that didn’t work. So now what? For Lincoln and Lynn, there’s got to be a part of them thinking “F this, let’s get out of here.” Because the parents are never going to accept their feelings.

Yup! If you ended up guessing correctly you'll feel really good, but also if the story goes a different direction you might end up pleasantly surprised, or even shocked! It's the good thing about cliffhangers.

Honestly, you can just go with the “Lincoln is adopted” route. It’s been heavily implied a bit during the real show. And even if the parents say that he is, the story behind is birth is way to weird of a story. If they’re blood related it’ll be really friggin weird, but if they’re not it’d be a lot easier to make the story at least somewhat a happy ending
