The power to cut, remove, or rename someone or something is extremely OP. When you think about what a name is on a philosophical level you understand there's great meaning in one. Names carry history, culture, and identity. A real life example of this is the concentration camps by the Nazi's. They took away those people's name's and gave them numbers instead. Think about the psychological impact that has on a person. By taking away their names they are basically saying you don't have a name because name's are only for people and you are now lower or less than a person. That's the basis of Ichibe's power.
