I would be the happiest girl in the world if you did an episode on Marnie. In my fantasy it would be paired with Blue Grass….it’s an ode to Elizabeth Arden’s pastures where she bred horses, corresponding to Marnie only being able to love Foreo and arguably her only experience of libio being when riding him…the blue eggshell colour of the Blue Grass label is the same shade as Marnie’s nightgown she wears in the iconic rape scene… the perfume launched in 34 and the film has that general sort of deco rivival aesthetic that was happening in the 60s. 😅
