Mooselar
From the depths of ancient forests and the mystical meadows bathed in twilight, the Mooselar stand as a symbol of nature's grandeur and endurance. Their antlered silhouettes, often kissed by the soft glow of moonlight, evoke memories of age-old trees and the tranquil power of the woods. To gaze upon a Mooselar is to remember the time when nature reigned supreme, and the world was bathed in a simpler, yet profound, magic.
Many have referred to them by various titles: Forest's Monarchs, Antlered Sages, or Meadowborn.
Tales speak of their emergence as Nature's guardians, born from the union of ancient woods and the spirit of the wanderer. Their existence is a loving ballad sung by the very heart of the forests, a harmonious blend of nature's majesty and the spirit of humanity.
Today, they continue to weave their magic, guiding, protecting, and inspiring those fortunate enough to cross their path.
Society
Mooselar communities, termed 'Glades', often find their homes amidst thick woods and serene meadows. They construct dwellings that seem almost organic, effortlessly merging the art of architecture with nature's bounty. Within these Glades, one finds a mix of ancient rituals and progressive thought.
Mooselar society values the balance of life, placing emphasis on both individual growth and the welfare of the Glade. Elders, known as 'Antlered Sages', guide with a wisdom nurtured over decades. Despite a reverence for age, roles are fluid, determined by one's calling rather than mere age or birthright.
Their bartering system is rich in tales, wisdom, and shared experiences. Every item, every craft, carries with it a story, binding the community in a shared legacy.
Many Mooselar are content in the embrace of their Glades, but there are those who, driven by curiosity and a need to share their wisdom, venture into the broader world. These explorers often act as diplomats, scholars, and protectors, ensuring the tales of Mooselar reach far and wide.
