I heart jumps in happiness when I receive a notification from you gals. Astro's dance practices are always so fun to watch because of the choreography. My daughters dance professionally so I really enjoy seeing ballet, tap, jazz and/or contemporary moves in Astro's routines. Thank u for reacting to Baby. Your Astro bias/bias wreckers dilemma is very, very common in Aroha City. We get wrecked by all the members we start questioning if we actually have more biases than we thought

Guys, you really need to watch "Crazy Sexy Cool" Special Dance practice, it's hilarious. And also I would highly recommend Watch the "When you Call my Name" performance, they're were wearing pink outfits, and there's sooo adorable there :')

Oh I need to be better about telling you when certain dance practices have other versions incase you want to watch them together. It's not a dance practice, but they did this at 2x speed. I remember being mesmerized by it when I first saw it! But I guess it's part of a weekly idol episode so if you react to that one day you'll see it eventually! Thank you as always!!!!!!

OH OH OH!! That needs to be added to the next poll!! Both the weekly idol they debuted when they are wearing yellow and then the next one with Baby at doubl speed.

The dance practices are so satisfying to watch. You can pause them just about anywhere, especially jumps, and they are carbon copies of each other. Arm angles, height of jumps, everything. In Baby I love the diagonal thread through they do in the chorus sections. Also, they just walk, unhurriedly to the back to their spot after they do their part up front and BOOM start the next part of the choreo. Every time I watch a dance practice I catch something knew, I never noticed. Recently in this one it was the rock, paper, scissors Sanha and Rocky do towards the end.
