私は新潟県 村杉温泉の長生館の温冷交互浴がおすすめです！

かけ流しのひんやり温泉と加温した温かい温泉に

交互に浸かるのがとても気持ちいいんです☺️♪

みなさんの夏におすすめのぬる湯や冷泉風呂がありましたら教えてください♪

It's been hot and humid lately, and the nights have been hard to sleep.

I feel like soaking in a cold spring 😌♨️

I recommend the alternating hot and cold bath at Choseikan in Murasugi Onsen, Niigata Prefecture!

It is very nice to soak alternately in the cool hot spring water and the heated warm hot spring water.☺️

Please let me know if you have any recommendations for lukewarm or cold baths in the summer.
