2024-11-27 00:59:14 i can't speak for everyone, but i can speak for most when i say disappointment is Not the word for the thirst traps. 20/10 i'm very glad you posted them. as for the reading sleep aid i would really love that! your voice in portugese is a little different from english just because the sounds are different, and it's really soothing to listen to. if you do go through with it i'd love something like that to relax or sleep to, or even as background noise when i'm doing stuff around the house. just another voice can be comforting!

Moving…yuck! But if you get a better, less-stressful-for-recording place, probably worth it in the long run. Hope Jams likes the new place. 🐕❤️🐕❤️ Portuguese reading…yay! In my language immersion class, they suggest only listening to European Portuguese while you’re learning because it makes it harder to nail the accent. But accent be damned, I’m not missing this! (Not like I’m in any danger of being mistaken for a native speaker anytime soon….)

Another yes vote for your Portuguese reading. When I’m home alone at night I can’t sleep and all the scary things pop into my head. It’s been that way since I was a kid and it’s irrational but I can’t reason my way out of it. I tried your little prince reading the other night. So soothing. Your voice is like having a friend nearby to keep me safe and I was able to fall asleep. I hope the move is going well.
