You hit the nail on the head. THIS IS WHY WE CAN'T HAVE NICE THINGS! Like seriously, we are our own worst enemy when it comes to stuff like this. Stop complaining. What's there to even complain about? They are Viv's characters in the world she created. You don't get a vote. An opinion sure, but bitching up and down every internet platform you can slither into that you don't like the direction the content is taking is past the pale of Karen Behavior. I will never understand the need some people have to ruin things other people love just to satisfy their own petty need to feel powerful. I agree with you guys, the beast modes are very cool. They make complete sense to storylines given that the characters are all Hell beings of some sort. Of course Hell is going to have an outward effect on you and your emotions. As to whether the imps have another form, that's harder to say. Imps in mythology are usually depicted as small, so I don't suspect they would grow much bigger. It's possible that they take after the ruler of their realm Satan in that they are always in their beast mode. I just have this gut feeling that Viv isn't done with them. She is the definition of keeping things close to the vest, and this feels like something she'd want underwraps. It's happened before that if ANYTHING leaked she'd scrap it entirely. She DESPISES spoilers, and the only reason she didn't scrap everything that got leaked a few months back is because technically now Hazbin is owned by Amazon and they told her no. Whether or not they allowed her to make any changes afterwards I never heard. I'm just happy I avoided the spoiler bombs. 🩷🩵💛
