CiP: Tyranny 6.7 (Patreon)

Of the almost half-dozen chapters opened in my tabs and in the process of being written, this...will probably be the most frustrating one. It's definitely going to necessitate rereading the Noelle fight in canon, because there needs to be more substance than, "the Triumvirate whales on Noelle, the end."
