Best intro to a infection/zombie film ever , the music as he running across the field and the infected closing in close behind 🤌 chefs kiss

Excellent movie. Obviously made completely differently than its predecessor, but still great.

If you haven't seen it already, please react to the 28 Years Later trailer :)

Is there a reason that you can’t see or here the movie I’m sorry I’m new to patreon

Long story short, they don’t own the movie, so they can’t show it unblurred or with audio. The way most people do it is watch the movie on their main television and have the reaction on a phone or tablet. Me personally I use a single AirPod to my iPad and then put on my noise cancellation over the ear headphones connected to my tv.

I do like this movie for many reasons. One of them is how they portray the military as fairly competent in this situation. I say fairly because there are some grips I have, but that's from me being in the army and understanding certain procedures. Granted I know they do it because it's a movie and I still love it nonetheless. The scene where the kids snuck across the bridge past the perimeter checkpoint, once Doyle had radioed it in, there would've been a Quick Reaction Force already gunning across the bridge, the kids wouldn't have gotten far. My biggest complaint is how 1. There wasn't a large number of armed guards standing watch over Alice. 2. How did Don have access to an Army Decon Unit. I know he was the building maintenance guy and had access to it all, but not the Decon Unit. That's only accessible to authorized military personnel, mainly medical and decon. 3. The 2 soldiers that got taken down by Don, the fact the 2nd one wasn't shooting was a "come on" moment for me. Rant over. Praise for how the military responded to the containment breach. Lock down the area, move all civilians to a centralized location for protection, granted there should've been armed guards at all access points, both inside and out. Their attempts to contain it, only firing on everyone when lost control. What I also like is Idris Elba's performance as General Stone. He knew what the virus was capable of and would rather have the virus killed entirely instead of taking chances. Yet, after giving the order to fire bomb the city you can see the weight of the world on his shoulders for having to kill not just the civilians, but many of his own troops. I like the military aspects, minus some points as stated. All and all, Good movie and I loved the reaction. Take care you two

This movie is about a hell of a lot more than exact military reactions.

I'm well aware. I'm just giving my insight, I still love the movie and know it's a movie

2025-01-19 15:03:07 Ohhh. What a treat! Clearly different than the "28D later" but damn. Also a great infection-movie. Especially the intro (as everyone is poting out) is simply superb. These movies raised quite some bars in their respective ways. And just gotta love rubbing it in faces that you don't need the biggest budget to make a lasting impact.

Hi 👋 Ari & Denise .. Hope You Both are Doing well - TODAY ❓️ Thanks for this Amazing Movie 🎬 & Reaction - my opinion .. this one is almost as Good as the 1st., the Opening Scene just Draws You into what is going to Happen., the more the Story Unfolds .. (when Donald, Left His Wife & Unknown Child to Be Slaughtered by the Infected., it was So impactful, But so inhumane..) Looking forward for your Next Installment & Reaction... Take care & ALL the Best., Cheers 🍻 HUGs 🫂 & Supportive, Friendship Love 🧡 as always to You Both. 🌻 • possible FUTURE Reaction Suggestions: 3 - "VENOM" movies 🎬 (2018, 2021 & 2024) ONLY if they are of Interest - Here's Hoping..

The intro is heavily debated among fans on who was in the wrong. Don leaving her, or the wife having let the kid in in the first place.

I hadn't seen this so it was a very fun experience with you guys! I agree about your parallells between Don and Jim, two radically different people. I completely understand the decision Don made in the beginning, fear is a huge emotion and has driven us (humans) forward forever. I think your thoughts about the character of Don sounds spot on. Guilt is very much a factor here and definitely a theme in regards to his character as a whole. The story overall is fantastic. The twist how the military is "the bad guys", even thought they actually aren't, is very clever and smart. The hint of immunity is great and adds another layer to the story. I actually came to a completely different conclusion about the ending then you guys. The infection may in fact have spread off the British Isles by taking Andy out of there. The mother could spread the virus, so one must assume Andy could as well. So did Tammy make the right call taking him somewhere else? Should she have left him there instead? By surviving and getting away, did they end up dooming the rest of the continent? Very interesting questions and I love when movies leaves us with thoughts to ponder. The score is great. The familiar theme comes back, but some other good choices here as well. Knowing when to not use music is an art-form and very well executed in this movie. Something that struck me with this one was the camerawork. In some places it is down right beautiful. The use of handheld, some of those innovative angles and also the POV-moments are very well used and add so much to feel of the sequences. The budget was absolutely bigger than the first one, but honestly it couldn't have been a huge budget. The CGI-effects aren't fantastic, but suffice. But the use of camera, acting and a smart story does so much for ambience and feel for the movie it shows that you don't need a gigantic budget to make a good film. Very enjoyable! Thank you for the reaction!
