You guys seem to be watching this with Eng. CC subs, which are Netflix's Eng. dub captions. How about trying watching it with the original Eng. subs? Then it'll be less weird :D

yeah I noticed this last ep when one of them said the subtitle said "gunshot" which would only show up on the CC subtitles. the regular english ones are much better

you guys were wondering what it was in the bathroom with Sang Woo at around 39:35 --- it's a charcoal briquette on a small indoor stove. Burning charcoal in small room uses up the oxygen --- so it creates carbon monoxide instead of the usual carbon dioxide (hence why people shouldnt grill indoors, fire hazard aside). I wont say it, but im sure you can guess what he was trying to do

I forgot how good this episode was, the title of Hell really is quite fitting. You can really feel the desperation and hopelessness the characters are feeling.

Alice in Borderland is not as great although I like that one also a lot. I don't know if the "anime-like" acting would bother them because it seems to bother many people.

Another show you guys should watch is Alice in Borderland . It’s Japanese instead but definitely worth a watch ,it came out like 2yrs before Squid Games but is just as good 😊
