Final Fight was released on Sega Mega CD by Capcom in 1993.. This version was special because it was really the best home version of this game at that time. The Sega Mega CD version also had a new special arrange soundtrack that is very cool and make this one very interesting! !

There was also one new added stage in this one and that is on top of the motorway across the bridge. This stage is not ever again in any other Final Fight release and You can see this below:
