I always like seeing you guys talking. I've been going through it. It's nice to hear adults talking nicely to eachother.

You guys open this episode talking about removing the skeptic's creed. Last week that was a topic of discussion at the end of the episode, and I had some thoughts on it then but didn't share them at the time. At the close of Episode 761, you guys briefly discuss The Skeptic's Creed with respect to the YouTube strike. "We're not changing the poem." -Cecil "That poem is 17 years old." -Tom You sound like the white haired, white collar, white privileged, white male, self-centered, self-aggrandizing, myopic people that you oh-so-often, (and oh-so-justifiably) make into the subjects of your segments, as you expose, discredit, and disparage them. This feels like the worn-out attitude of "We've done it this way for so long, why should we change just because the environment is changing around us?" Guys, I love you, but think about what hill you've chosen to die on and how hypocritical it looks. The number of times I've heard you say something along the lines of "traditional is never a good excuse to keep doing something," with respect to religion or bad laws that need to be changed. And you're right, tradition is a terrible reason to keep doing something. Especially when it hurts yourself or someone else. Skeptic's Creed is 17 years old, so maybe it really is time for an update. Surely there have been events in the past 2 decades that could enrich the poem. Maybe "Vaccine Nuts" needs to go, or perhaps it could be rephrased or rearranged to more clearly state your position, "...conspiracy-theorist, anti-vax, double-speak, grifters, stigmata, nonsense." I get that that poem is your baby and you have strong feelings about it. I understand that their robots aren't sophisticated enough to figure out that your stance is the correct one, and I don't agree in kowtowing to YouTube just because they (quite literally) hold all the power in this relationship and they can't be bothered to spend the man hours to think it through, it does not make sense to continue doing an activity for behavior that hurts you. Just some food for thought. Glory, gentlemen. Note: You have my full permission here to share, discuss, agree, disagree, or completely shred this opinion on your podcast. Also, I thought about leaving this as a voicemail, but I haven't heard you guys play those in years, not sure if you're even still getting them, but I miss hearing them at the end of the episodes. That and the calls to prayer during Ramadan.

I'm not sure why you guys think Trump can't pull in new voters. He pulled in OVER 18 million NEW voters in 2020 DESPITE the four year shitshow he had. That's not even taking into consideration the voters he lost from 2016.

Oh i love seeing y'alls vids and chatting with Sara on tiktok!

Anecdotal of course, but every politically engaged young leftist I know (in the dozens) is stating a refusal to vote Biden b/c of his continued support of the genocide in Gaza. A quick google shows about 8 million “new voters” that were not old enough in 2020. I highly doubt they’ll go Trump, but refusing to vote at all may be more impactful than we’d like to believe.

Tucker Carlson's brain is just one of those cymbal clapping monkey toys, I swear.

Speaker Johnson changed his mind after 2 things. 1 was a briefing by one of the agencies & 2 is that his son is going to the Naval Academy this summer. A good chance there is going to another war about the time he graduates. Funny how that works out.

Sorry, but you're wrong. tRump is not in Putin's pocket, he's Putin's cock-holster.

Ian (no, not that one)

Tucker 110% understands the difference between scientific theory and the colloquial usage of the term. And using it the way he did is a tactic as old as science denialism.
