What topics would you like to other wise like to cover that don't match the format? Before you came out to conferences how did you picture your average audience member? How do you solve toxic masculinity? For Tom, what ideals and ethics do you hope to instill in your kids and have you learnt all thier names yet? Cecil, what drew you to sword play and are you a competitive fencer?

There was a BIG change in attitude/engagement once Tom finalized his divorce a few years ago and it hasn't diminished much since then. Can Tom walk us through just what he was going through? Only what you are comfortable to disclose of course. I really do not want to know things you hold personal--A Carefully Curated Tom is all I ask at most. If none at all. That is fine.
